To mark PhotoForum’s 50th Anniversary we present a series of online exhibitions featuring the work of emerging and established artists/photographers alongside newly commissioned essays. The second online exhibition has just been launched. It features the photographs of Francesca (Frankie) Ayers and Samuel Scully alongside a commissioned piece by the writer Matt Butler. Matt has created a screenplay which weaves together Frankie's and Samuel's compelling psychological images. We love the intersections and overlaps that are present in this online exhibition and hope that you do too.

To mark PhotoForum’s 50th Anniversary we present a series of online exhibitions featuring the work of emerging and established artists/photographers alongside newly commissioned essays. The online exhibitions will be launched between May and September of this year.

PhotoForum has established a strong precedent for online publishing, bringing photographic work from artists together with writers to allow for critical discussion on their work. The artists were chosen from an Open Call in 2023

The first of these exhibitions, which has just been posted, is boundaries of being by Camus Wyatt, with a commissioned essay by Lissa Mitchell.
