The Court of Appeal has today set a dangerous precedent.

They've essentially given the Waitangi Tribunal the power to summon any Minister of the Crown to be berated by unelected ideologues if they disagree with govt policy.

This was not within the Tribunals remit—until now.

🟢 Let Them Eat Cake!

In response to the Government's pre-budget speech, Green Party Co-Leader Chloe Swarbrick is accusing the Finance Minister of telling Kiwis, "let them eat cake."

Swarbrick, who believes that government policy is the only reason poverty exists, stated the government's policy of giving people back more of their own money is just crumbs and the price in doing so is "monumental."

By contrast, the Greens believe in taxing the nation into prosperity. Only through taking money from New Zealanders can you end poverty once and for all.

🇮🇱 Israel's attempt at genocide is once again foiled.

In what is becoming an all too common occurrence, Israel has failed to commit genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

The genocidal maniacs, who are launching a major offensive in Rafah had a typo in their widespread correspondence with Gazan residents, unintentionally advising them to evacuate their homes ahead of time.

Typos like this one have plagued the Israeli Defence Force since Hamas' peaceful act of resistance this past October.

⭐ Trans Aliens & Robots

Disney has made the brave move of introducing a 'Trans Non-Binary' Jedi in one of their animated kids shows.

This follows in the footsteps of another much loved franchise, Transformers, who decided a few years ago making an Alien Robot non-binary was a brave move fans were so desperate for.

In 2021 Star Wars proudly unveiled the non-binary character on the cover of a Comic exclaiming, "In honor of we’re proud to unveil and exclusive cover highlighting Terec and Ceret, trans non-binary Jedi."

"We support trans lives and we are passionate and committed to broadening our representation in a galaxy far far away.”

Should Disney broaden its representation of characters within the Star Wars universe, if it requires them to impart gender ideology onto children?

According to marcspring.com former Labour Party MP, Kiri Allan was spotted early Sunday morning after what appears to be a car accident.

Kiri Allan resigned from Parliament in disgrace last year following an arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol and crashing her car.

Perhaps the Justice system causes just as much stress on your mental health when you are in it as when you are in charge of it.

💋 NZ Prostitute's Collective — Other Councils are more Progressive

S*x workers in the Queenstown Lakes District Council area are frustrated due to the council's bylaws not being progressive enough.

This comes in the wake of the Council taking formal submissions on the loosening of by-laws in Queenstown & Wanaka.

Even with the proposed loosening of the by-laws, there is still widespread concern amongst s*x workers that most won't be able to operate within the law.

Unfortunately those already working outside of the law, will continue to do so because their council isn't "progressive" enough.

🍣 Peace-Out to Woke Food

Yesterday the ACT Party controversially announced that the government has committed to extending the nation wide school lunches initiative, saving $107m in the process.

Leftist media, commentators and voters collectively rolled their eyes as the ACT Party stated, "Despite the shrieking from the left, we're not cancelling the programme."

ACT wasn't done, taking another dig at the absurdity of the previous government's system, "We'll be doing more with less money to feed kids the fruit and sandwiches their parents would, not woke food like quinoa and sushi."

🇵🇸 Radical Arborist — We are marching for Palestine; how do we get Macklemore to show up?

Arborist, Activist and Greenpeace contributer Zane Wedding has today sent out a plea to like minded internet users.

Wedding, who is marching for Palestine this coming Sunday has set his sights on luring American rapper Macklemore to attend.

This comes in the wake of Macklemore—who is currently in New Zealand—debuting a Pro-Palestine song 'Hinds Hall'.

Zane Wedding, more recently known for looking smug as Green Party co-leader Marama Davidson went on a racist rant in March of 2023, has a history of making headlines.

In 2022 it was reported his ear played home to a cockroach for 3 days after he had gone for a swim.

Will Macklemore find Zane Wedding as hospitable as the cockroach?

🟩 Julie Anne Genter — you don’t care about my kids cycling.

Green Party MP, Julie Anne Genter is undergoing de-escalation training in response to several instances of intimitadory behaviour.

Genter was surprised by the level of anger she displayed when buying flowers from a local florist, declaring "I was under a lot of stress in that situation and should've walked away."

The conflict arose because Genter, an avid advocate and user of cycleways realised the florist opposed the cycleways outside her store.

In response Genter pulled out her phone and yelled at the florist, screaming "you don't care about my kids cycling."

Likewise, fellow MP Matt Doocey was subjected to Julie Anne's screams as she stood over him in an intimidating manner due to a transport policy related disagreement.

A second member of the public has also accused Julie Anne Genter of assaulting her (grabbing her by the arm) in what is a clear pattern of behaviour when discussing transport policy.

Green Party Co-leaders Marama Davidson & Chloe Swarbrick have stated that Genter, their spokesperson for Transport, will hold on to her portfolio.

You mean a bit like that one time you used the fear of a "pandemic" to win the first and only outright majority in NZ MMP history?

A victory obtained through hyper-partisanship of an almost cult like nature which saw large portions of the population turn on one another at your request?

You know, the two-tier society you admitted to creating. On one side the hyper-partisan worshippers of yours and the other, those who stood up against your breach of their Human Rights.

And how quickly that hyper-partisanship dissipated once the politically motivated and manufactured fear subsided.
You went running for the hills at the first opportunity.
