Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic Flags Off Free Oil & Gas Training For A'Ibom Youths

Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic, Uyo in collaboration with City and Guilds of London Institute has Flagged off Free Oil & Gas Training For Akwa Ibom Youths.

The Chairman, Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Polytechnic, Dr Victor E.U.Williams, an Engineer, who disclosed this to The Pioneer in his office said the flag off took place on Monday with over 5000 people indicating interest to enroll for the free training.

Williams said the flag off came to fruition after a series of campaign by the school in collaboration with City and Guilds of London Institute on the need for the state to have training on oil and gas for the youths of the state under the ARISE agenda of the state.

The BoT chairman, who stated that lectures have since began, said the Polytechnic which he described as the power house of oil and gas training have the capacity, facilities and the resource persons needed to facilitate the training.

He said, " we have gotten our collaboration with City and Guilds of London Institute for the certification which is globally recognized. Whoever acquire this qualification is a globally recognized person"
"On our part as Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic, we are doing the training for free, but when it comes to certification which is done by City and Guilds of London Institute, every trainee has to pay for it.

"That is the area we are appealing to the governor, Pastor Umo Eno to come in and assist as many candidates from the 31 local government for them to gain these technical skills and knowledge as well as get the global certificate that will give them job after completion", he said.

Williams, who observed, "Akwa Ibom is naturally blessed with oil and it is the largest producer of oil but it does not have a single oil and gas training home for our people to be trained", noted, "that is why it is difficult for them have a job in the oil and gas due to lack of access to training home"

"The qualifications they tender when seeking for job in the oil companies are Bsc HND, ND, PhD and Masters degree, but oil companies don't need all of that, rather they need specialized knowledge which you can perform it any day and any time", he said.

He emphasized the need for Akwa Ibom youths to be exposed to training in the oil and gas so as to possess the relevant qualifications needed to work in the oil and gas.

The BoT chairman, who noted that Akwa Ibom is long overdue to have a training home for oil and gas, decried that the people of the state do not have fair share of employment in the oil and gas sector despite being the largest producers of oil in the country.

This he said informed the decision of the Polytechnic to facilitate the free training on oil and gas for the youths of the state.

According to him, "we carry out this free training because our plan is to ensure we have at least one person from each family working in oil company and we are not asking anybody to pay us for the training, this is what we live for, this is what we started 20 years ago. It was formally college of Petroleum Technology in 2001 and we have moved it to a Polytechnic and today we are creating out the oil and gas training center"

"The first set of people we have produced here since 2001, 2003 to 2006 have gotten job. Currently, we contribute not less than 15 to 20 per cent indigenous employees in the oil and gas after PTI has taken the rest 60 per cent"

"We feel there is need to have indigenous training center here, where everybody can come here and obtain the technical skills and knowledge needed in the oil and gas industries", he said.

Williams, who said the free training had just commenced, with enrollment ongoing, called on interested youths to take advantage of it and enrole to upgrade their skills in the oil and gas, while encouraging the politicians to also make use of the opportunity to empower their constituents with the technical skills and knowledge by sponsoring them to get the certificate.

Some of the students who spoke with The pioneer expressed happiness for the free training that has been brought closer to them and pledged to make good use of the opportunity to gain the needed skills that will enable them secure a job in the oil and gas sector.

The thanked the Polytechnic for the free training and called on the governor to sponsor them to get the certificate after the completion of their course of training.

Mr Iniobong Samuel said, "I thank God for this opportunity made available to our doorstep. We are excited about it because it would enable us acquire the technical skills and knowledge as well as the certification needed in the oil and gas sector.

On her part, Esther Ukpong said, "it has been my dream to work in the oil and gas sector but the major challenge has been lack of the certification, but the coming on board of this free training will help me to achieve that dream.

A’Ibom Deputy Gov Assures Of Govt Commitment To Fight Gender-based Violence

By Victor Essang

The deputy governor of Akwa Ibom, Senator Akon Eyakenyi has assured the women folk in the state of government commitment to protect them against violence and all forms of harassment.

Eyakenyi gave the assurance, Wednesday in Uyo, while declaring open a three-day 2023 Annual Seminar organised by the Trade Union Congress (TUC) Women Commission with the theme: Projecting Ways to Eliminate Gender-based Violence and Harassment from the World of Work, Implementation and Enforcement of ILO C-190 R 206.

The deputy governor stated that the present administration, under the leadership of Gov Umo Eno “is interested in the development and protection of the women because of the respect he has for women”.

Eyakenyi disclosed that the wife of the governor, Mrs Patience Umo Eno, and other women in the state had lend their voices to the advocacy when they joined the world to mark the annual 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence declared by the United Nations beginning from 25 of November till 10 December.

While decrying that women suffer one form of harassment or the other on daily basis in work places, the deputy governor noted that gender-based violence is very serious and must be put to an end.

According to her, “the consequences of gender-based violence are far reaching and often time disastrous”, adding, “ 1 out of 3 women do experience physical and sexual abuse.”

She lauded the TUC Women Commission for organising the seminar with focus on how to end gender-based violence and harassment in place of work.
“It is heartwarming that the TUC Women Commission has rightly chosen to address the same issue in its 2023 annual seminar. Inview of the foregoing, the theme of your seminar is a timely”, shesaid.

She used the occasion to highlight the A.R.I.S.E Agenda of Governor Eno which, according to her, “seeks to transform the rural communities, inspire the youths into entrepreneurship and support them to become successful business owners, expand existing infrastructure, empower our women, improve on the existing education policy and make the state a tourism heaven.”

Eyakenyi encouraged women to always speak out whenever they have been harassed or abused, assuring of the backing of the government and the law, while also calling on women to be good role models wherever they find themselves and advised them to respect men and stoop low to get what they want.

The deputy governor thanked the leadership of the TUC for choosing Akwa Ibom for their seminar, saying the state is a destination of choice and home of hospitality.

The president of TUC, Festus Osifo, made case for the enforcement of the International Labour Organisation Convention C-190 and Recommendation 206, which seek to address the rights of everyone to a world of work devoid of violence and harassment.

According to him, “it is only when such recommendations are implemented and enforced that gender-based violence and harassment in the world of work can be eliminated.

“It is important to note that gender-based violence and harassment in the workplace is a serious issue that require all hands-on deck to address; and we can focus on some key trajectories.”
Congress, he said, “is concerned that despite ILO Conventions 190 and R 206 that address the right of everyone to a world of work that is free from violence and harassment, it has continued.

He described gender-based violence as a serious issue, adding that all hands must be on deck to eliminate it.

To eliminate gender-based violence, Osifo recommended the strengthening of the existing legal

frameworks, training, and retraining as well as collaboration and partnership among organisations and employee/employer collaborations.

The TUC Women Commission’s national chairperson, Comrade Hafsat Shaibu, said the seminar will offer the women the opportunity to discuss ways to eliminate violence and harassment from the world of work and how to enforce the recommendations 206.

While commenting of the bane of Gender-based Violence, the chairperson decried “our homes are not safe, our offices are not safe, our schools are not safe, the society at large is not safe. No place is safe, so we begin to wonder, where do we go to, what do we do”

She observed that “violence against women and girls is one of the most widespread, persistent, and devastating human rights violations in our world today, it remains largely unreported due to the impunity, silence stigma and shame surrounding it.”

She expressed the readiness of the congress to ensure that survivors speak up, get justice, are integrated to the society, empowered to lead their lives much better, and that perpetrators are punished consequently.

“The Women Commission, as usual, at all levels will continue her campaign against r**e, violence against women and all forms of gender-based violence,” she said.

Governor Eno and plan to cut cost of governance

Abasifreke Effiong

Two months ago, Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr Umo Eno, made a pivotal commitment to fiscal discipline when he said he will cut the cost of governance and reduce recurrent expenditure. The statement will become a basis for accountability demand from the Eno-led administration.

Development organisations working around fiscal governance, and the media, have spotlighted this statement in their press releases and news report. They will expectedly cleave to it, use it as one of the measures of analyses of the 2024 budget estimates presented to the House of Assembly. Everyone will be watching, measuring, analysing and scrutinising every step the Governor takes to see if it is in harmony with this commitment.

In September, Mr Eno donated N250 million covering the cost of vocational training, and business grant of N500,000 each to 250 participants at the "Ibom Ignite 2023" conference. Ibom Ignite is a youth leadership and entrepreneurial programme aimed to inspire youths to embrace enterprise. The Governor said the donation was the savings he made from the budget of the State's 36th anniversary celebration presented to him. People who listened to Eno speak at that event and those who read the story as reported by the media were thrilled by such rare prudence, judiciousness and thoughtfulness. The Governor saved N250 million from one event and rightly channelled it to youth entrepreneurship. His wise decision evinced laudable thriftiness.

It is clearer that Governor Eno is frugal. His frugality has been well spoken of by his appointees. Recently, the Commissioner for Finance, Mr Linus Nkan, asserted to this principle. Giving clarifications to sundry misconceptions about the State government's 3rd quarter (Q3, 2023) report in his office on November 8, Nkan said the Governor has saved a lot of money. He said, "...in fact Governor Umo Eno has saved a lot of money. I didn't know that government can save so much...". The government Chief Exchequer's assertion was a credible reinforcement that Eno is frugal with funds. For us journalists who believe in the notion, "show, don't tell", we had waited for the Governor to present his first full-year budget, so that his statement on cutting cost of governance can be evaluated.

Governor Eno presented his first full-year fiscal estimates to the House of Assembly on Tuesday 21st November. Christened "ARISE budget of growth and expansion", the Governor proposes to spend N845.632 billion in 2024. This comprises N492.715 billion for capital and N352.917 billion for recurrent expenditure. The 2024 budget estimate is N4.285 billion less than the 2023 revised budget of N850.000 billion. But most importantly, its proposed recurrent expenditure is N41.398 billion less than that of the current year. Recurrent expenditure in the 2023 revised budget stands at N394.315, comprising N113.6 for personnel cost and N280.6 for overhead (cost of governance), grants, gratuity and pensions.

The 2024 ARISE budget of growth and expansion is predicated on crude oil production benchmark of 1.78 barrels per day at US$73.96, exchange rate of N700/US $1, with a projected GDP of 3.76% and 21% inflation rate.Three things to note about the 2024 budget are. One, it is the first time the State government is budgeting less for recurrent expenditure in a new year than the passing fiscal year; only exception being the COVID-19 revised budget of 2020. Recurrent expenditure in succeeding year's budget is always higher than the preceding year's own. Two, the 2024 budget estimate has the lowest recurrent to capital ratio since 2020. Recurrent to capital is 41.7 to 58.2 percent. In 2023, it was 46.3 to 53.7; 48.3 to 51.7 in 2022; and 42.4 to 57.5 in 2021. Three, under the recurrent provision, overhead (cost of governance) is allocated 40.03 percent, while other provisions including personnel, gratuity and pension, grants, contributions and subsidies take 59.97 percent. These estimates show that Governor Eno is serious about cutting cost of governance.

However, having a budget which allocates more resources to capital than recurrent expenditure is not new. What will be new is, a proportional justice in funding the capital and recurrent provisions. The public expects a new outcome. Expectation is that capital and recurrent allocation should maintain their status by performance, they should not alternate. Audited accounts show that year-on-year since 2020, the Akwa Ibom State Government spends more on recurrent than capital, even though it budgets more for capital. A total of N129.4 billion was spent on recurrent and N91.4 billion on capital in 2020. The figures for 2021 and 2022 are, N199.12 billion and N153.14 billion, and N241.777 billion and N200.287 billion, in that order.

Civil society organisations have said Akwa Ibom's recurrent expenditure was high due to overheads like maintenance of the State's private aircraft, security votes, expenses on PMS, AGO and lubricants and cars. However, fact is that a steady annual increase in personnel cost, grants, social contributions and benefits (gratuity and pensions inclusive) take a chunk of recurrent expenditure. In the 2024 proposed budget for instance, these items take 59.97 percent of the recurrent estimate leaving overhead (cost of governance) with only 40.03 percent.

Governor Umo Eno has appointed 500+ aides so far, the highest number a Governor of the State has appointed. Going by the manner things were done in government, people anticipated an exponential increase in overhead cost, and by extension recurrent expenditure. The 2024 estimate has beaten the odds. Eno, by his highly disciplined business and religious background, statement and body language, has shown that he will be frugal.

At his maiden, enlarged press briefing in September, the Governor said he will not follow the traditional system of doing things in government. "Don't come to me and say, 'Sir this is how it is usually done'. I will not do it. I am different, so allow me to do things my own way." He added, "if you bring a proposal and I look at it, I ask myself 'Eno if this were your personal money, would you have spent it this way?'. If my answer is no, then I will not approve it." One of the practical steps he has taken to cut cost is reviewing the structure of government events. Eno has reviewed the State's annual carol festival with the focus to prioritise home-based choirs and guest artistes. The review will reduce capital flight as well as the annual cost of the event. Over the years, the carol festival has played host to renowned Pastors including Enoch Adeboye, Chris Oyedepo, Jesse Jackson, T.D. Jakes, John Onaiyekan; gospel singers like Don Moen, Donnie McClurkin, Lionel Peterson, Sinach, and choirs across the world. Officials of government say the Governor meticulously vets proposals of events and projects, and knock-off jamborees and evitable provisions, thereby save money.

Government owes its citizens social services, more than it can afford. Realistic planning, reasonable fiscal discipline, and prudent management of funds are important. Mr Nkan, at a post-budget briefing said the 2024 fiscal estimates are very realistic. "We are more realistic. We are not throwing in figures. There are no theories and rhetorics in this year's budget. It is people-oriented, purposeful and very pragmatic." He said the Governor sat with the budget team to discuss the budget and ensured that every item included in the budget is expedient for the fiscal year.

NGO Trains 31 Youths In A’Ibom On Projects Tracking

A two-day capacity training for youths in Akwa Ibom state tagged, “Follow The Promises” has ended in Uyo with a charge on citizens to hold governors accountable to their campaign promises.

The training, which was organized by a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), Ready to Lead Africa, with the aim of equipping the trainees with knowledge and skills needed to track government projects in communities, had in attendance 31youths drawn from the 31 local government areas the State.

Speaking on the essence of the training,” the Global President of Ready To Lead Africa, Mr Godbless Otubure, said Follow The Promises project is a subset of Electoral Integrity Protection and Democratic Participation and Accountability Project, funded by Open Society Foundation.

Otubure said the training was conceived to increase citizens’ participation in governance so they could follow the promises made by candidates during campaigns to ensure that realization of campaign promises would not just be seen in one or a few local government areas, but in all.

The global president, who disclosed that the training would hold in six states of the federation as a pilot scheme, said it would be replicated across all the 36 states in Nigeria in future.

“This project is called “Follow The Promises” which is a sub-set of Electoral Integrity Protection and Democratic Participation and Accountability. Akwa Ibom State is the fourth state we have visited, training one promise follower per local government area.

“The goal of this project is that we don’t want government to only focus on one, two or three projects in three local government areas and say they have performed in the state.

Every local government must have government presence. That is how development works. That is how “Follow The Promises” works. It’s a combination of civic technology, people and accountability”.

Otubure said the NGO was leveraging on technology which had led it to develop a Mobile Application where Nigerian citizens all over the world would use to watch whatever government developments going on in their communities’ real time.

“The beauty of the project is that we are not waiting for government to finish their term before evaluating its performance but doing that in real time by deploying people who are in the community using technology

“We definitely want to ensure that these promises are fulfilled because at the end of every year we are going to rank states according to how they fulfil their promises and those that don’t fulfil we are not going to encourage people to bring investment there”, he said.

Speaking to journalists after the training, Mr Robert Offiong, said the training had empowered him with skills and knowledge on how to hold, to watch and follow- up a Pastor Umo Eno’ campaign promises to his people in Udung Uko LGA.

On her part, Divine Simeon, said the training had opened her eyes to realise that following up on government projects was her constitutional right which she regretted had been ignorantly neglected, and pledged to make good use of the knowledge acquired.

Uyo-Based Prophet Raises Alarm On Impending Epidemic In Nigeria

UYO

A Pentecostal Prophet in Uyo has warned Nigerians on the impending outbreak of another killer disease in the country before the end of the year.
The founder and general overseer of The Knowledge of God Family Church of All Nations, a fast-growing spirit-filled Church, Behind Dakkada Secretariat, Uyo, Senior Prophet Victor Elijah Willie, aka Odudu (Power) One, in a midweek service in the Church, recently, said God told him to alert Nigerians on the impending calamity, which, he said, would be deadlier than COVID-19 pandemic of 2020.
The prophet, who is very popular and known for authentic prophesies, is said to have told his members and adherents at the service, that, they pick pens and papers and write the prophesy down, so that they would remember, saying it would not be long before Nigerians were treated, yet again to a deadly desease.
He disclosed that the disease would come in the form of "skin rashes but will kill so many people, even faster than COVID-19," adding that other symptoms of the disease would be "reddishness of the eyes like the popular 'appollo' and excessive body heat."
"God told me that between November and December this year; that is: in the next one to two months, a very small sickness will enter Nigeria that will kill so many people. Heat and catarrh will come. Apollo is coming again that will spoilt peoples' eyes; It comes from evil forces," the Prophet said.
The prophet, who is renowned for authentic and undiluted prophesies told Nigerians to from henceforth always use Dettol in the bathing water as well as in sterilising their rooms and surroundings.
Odudu One urged the government, spirited organisations and the media to embark on aggressive enlightenment campaigns on the desease as well as plan ways to ameriolate its spread.
Only early June, the prophet had prophesied that he had a revelation that between June and December this year, between five and 10 Nollywood stars would die in Nigeria.
As at this October, no fewer than nine Nollywood stars have kicked the buckets. They are: Don Brymo Uchegbu (June 15), Afeez Agoro (June 14), Cynthia Okereke (July 12), Sidikat Odukanwi (aka Iyabo Oko - June 29), Esther Nwachukwu (September 2), Pat Nebo (September 14), Hakeem Alamutu, aka Eba (September 18), Charles Granville (September 21) and Pa Yemi Lawrence Adeyemi, aka Babs Suara (September 24).

Nigerians In Cameroun Throw Weight Behind Akpabio Senate Presidency

Nigerians in Cameroun have risen in support of the recent zoning of the Senate President to the South South geopolitical zone and particularly, Senator Godswill Akpabio.

Under the eagis of Coalition of Nigerians in Cameroon, the people said
Akpabio has the requisite credentials and experience to lead the 10th Senate and help the Asiwagu Bola Tinubu administration to turn the fortunes of the country around.
"We have observed with very keen interest the intrigues, aspirations, aspersions, campaigns of calumny, struggle for power and offices, backstabbing to outsmart others, even by those who never believed in the ruling party and or the candidature of Alhaji Tinubu. But, we know as trite law, even in the Holy Book, that there should be dignity of labour. It, therefore, goes without saying, that "the man that works must eat."

"We align in toto with the position of the vast majority of Nigerians, the National Working Committee, NWC, of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, and members of the 10th Senate, for their unequivocal desire and rooting for Senator Godswill Akpabio to become the next Senate President in the Red Chambers. It is our prayers that God will put a seal to this positive development that will put a square peg in a square hole.

They described Akpabio as "a politician of no mean repute, go-gother, mobiliser, visionist, great teacher and a man of uncommon personage, Senator Godswill Akpabio, who, toiled day-and- night to deliver what he believed in despite daunting challenges. He ran a peaceful, issues-based campaigns and overcame his opponents and conspirators to become once again, the recurring decimal in the Akwa Ibom State and or Nigeria political turf.
The document which is signed by Mr Peter Edet, Chief Emeka Ajuonuma, Amb. Charles Eyo, Prince Otobong Ituen. Mr Iniobong Essien, Chief Anietie Akpata, Mr Sylvanus Nyong, Alhaji Idris Haruna and Mr Bolaji Ogunyemi noted that,
"As Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio has the capability, capacity, carriage, intelligence, panache and wisdom to lead his colleagues, make useful laws and provide the enabling environment for the next government to deliver on its mandate. We have no doubt that the excellent performances and records in public service, law and social engineering he brought to bear during his tenure as the Governor of Akwa Ibom State would be replicated for the benefit of all Nigerians.

"As a detribalised, patriotic, focused, resourceful, progressive-minded and visionary leader, Senator Godswill Akpabio would become the proverbial star that will team up with the incoming President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to renew our hopes and bring about a better country for all of us. As a former Minority Leader of the Senate, we are confident that Senator Godswill Akpabio will come into office with untainted legislative experience that would bring people-oriented legislation and policies," the statement read in parts.

They congratulated and identified with the recent victories at the polls of the President-Elect, Asiwagu Ahmed Tinubu and the Senator-Elect for Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District, Senator (Dr.) Godswill Akpabio, saying, "we specially acknowledge the President-Elect for the foresight, vision, ruggedness and resilience, which culminated in his sweet victory at the polls. We are persuaded to believe that with his long years of experience as a freedom fighter, democrat, lover of peace and development, straightforward and pragmatic personality, Nigeria is in for a new deal after May 29, 2023."

The people reasoned that with the duo of Tinubu as president and Akpabio as Senate President, "the yearnings and aspirations of many Nigerians, over the years, will be met and the economic boom that had eluded this country for so long, will now be a thing of the past. Our position is informed by your pedigree, antecedents, history and experiences in all forms of human endeavour."
They called on all Nigerians, from all walks of life, living in the country and in the Diaspora to shun ethnic, religious or any parochial sentiments and support the incoming administration of Tinubu with Akpabio as Senate President.

The Nigerian citizens pledged its unalloyed loyalty and support to the incoming administration of Tinubu and Akpabio, even as they prayed God to continue to direct, strengthen, guide and give them renewed vigour to contribute their quotas to the betterment of the country.

AGONY OF A CHILDLESS WOMAN

Dear God answer!

Where do I go from here.
21 years ago, I pitched camp with the love of my life.
I pledged till death do us part.
I promised to stay in sickness and in health.
I vowed to remain for better and for worse.

For 21 years, I built his home. His, not ours, but this i didn't know.
I had no back up plans.
21 of my most productive years I gave to him.

For 21 years, I toiled for a child. None came.
I gave him options, even options that I knew would hurt me. He chose his own option.

The fault was mine, all mine. This was his verdict.
He didn't fault me for insubordination. He didn't fault me for infidelity. He faulted my inability to conceive a child, which he didn't give me.

My husband, I pleaded, have mercy on me. You need children, I know. Have children, but please do not drive me away. Give me just a corner of your house for I have nowhere to go at this age.

My sisters, I am out in the cold.
You advised me to adopt children.
You have told me to remarry.
You have told me a lot.
But what you have not told me is where to go from here.

POINT ONE: THE PROPHETIC, PERPETUAL GOVERNMENT OF PEACE.

ZECHARIAH 9:9-10; ISAIAH 9:6-7; 11:6-9; PSALMS 72:7-8,12-14,18-19.

Zechariah 9:9 said, Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a c**t the foal of an ass.
9:10 And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth. You see one word there in the middle of that verse, it's the word "SALVATION". Salvation is likened to a man on a journey, having an accident and someone came to rescue him. As we journey through life, sin cause accident, our lives would have been useless, but the Saviour, the Lamb of God that came to save us, He saves us from dying the final death, He saves us from perdition, He's the One prophesy to take over our lives. It happens the moment you turn away from sin, He's the Just and the Justifier. You have the sentence of death and heaven looks at you as dead sinner, you didn't have peace with God, and now Christ came, He comes in as the prince of peace and He gives you peace, there's peace in your life, peace around you and you will not be the originator of violence, pride and fighting because the peace is there, you will not be the transmitter, you will not be the one that sends discomfort to the lives of people around you, and anywhere you are, you're a Peace maker, you love peace and peace will reign in your community, when Christ the Prince of Peace comes to your life, you will reconcile with the people around you, that means salvation has come to you. If somebody says he has salvation and he's still fighting with his neighbour, and he's drinking, that's not salvation. If somebody says he has salvation and he's still fighting, that's not the evidence of Salvation, the evidence of Salvation is that you have repented and the peace of Christ now reigns in your heart and tonight that salvation is available for you, He comes to you as peace you have never experienced, when you have Peace, you will love everyone around you and the people you're fighting with, when the prince of peace enters into your life, there will be forgiveness and reconciling. All the fightings nature, all that is cancelled from your life, all fightings will be over between husband and wife and there will be Peace at home, that's the evidence that Peace and salvation has come to your life and to your home. There will be perpetual government of peace, and anywhere you are people will know you're saved

POINT TWO: THE PRESENT, PRECIOUS GOODNESS OF THE PRINCE.

ACTS 5:30-31; 10:36-38; ROMANS 2:4; PSALMS 145:9,19.

He sets up His Kingdom in our lives, in our family, He has present goodness to distribute to everyone. Christ is the Prince of Peace, He rules everywhere and He brings the goodness of heaven into our hearts and into our home. All the provisions of peace will come to your life, in your heart, He will bring the provisions of heaven, He gives us salvation, He gives us sanctification and the power of the Holy Ghost, whatever you have got will be permanent in your life IN Jesus Name, and what you have not got, you will get tonight. After you've given your life to Christ, the thoughtlessness of action will tries to enter into your life, but the Prince of Peace will give you present, precious goodness and power to overcome. As we believe, more and more in the Lord, purity, holiness will come and it's Christ with His goodness that brings that to our lives, peace, purity and power upon you tonight, the followers of Christ are not anemic, He will give you Power tonight, that is part of His goodness. He was born in Bethlehem, He wrought signs and wonders, then He was crucified for our sins, He was buried and on the third day He rose from the dead and He presented Himself to His disciples, He was raised to be our Prince and everything we need, He possesses everything, He has peace, He gives you and you will receive IN Jesus Name and Christ has healing, when we come to Him, whatever the challenge, He heals us. Tonight is the night of deaf and dump speaking, is the night of the healing of cancer, is the night of every sickness, every infirmity getting out of your life, He has healing, He has purity, He will give you. If your life are being totally dirty, the Prince of Peace will give you purity tonight. Tonight, power will come to you, goodness, salvation, sanctification, recovery from sickness, strength available for everyone, you will get your own. You will get the Salvation of the Lord, you will get the Peace of the Lord, God has raised Him to be our Saviour, to give us what He has brought from heaven, and tonight, He will give you what He has brought from heaven, and anywhere you are, the Lord is good to all, the Lord will be good to you tonight, the Salvation of your soul, the forgiveness of your sin, the Lord is good to us, the work of Creation, He created you. The work of His redemption, He redeems you and His tender mercies is over all. He will fulfil the desires of them that fear Him and love Him. If you love Him, you come to Him and He will give you His goodness. Everyone that calls on the Name of the Lord, He will give His goodness, salvation is here tonight, He will save you tonight IN Jesus Name. And when you're saved, you don't go from the Saviour empty handed, salvation doesn't leave us empty, where there was no peace before, peace will come. Where there was a dirty life before, righteousness and cleanness will come. When you come to Him, He will give you His goodness. Christ is the Prince of Peace, He gives us Peace, purity and power and healing. If you enter into the Prince with a bad character, you can't go out with that same bad character, your life, your heart, your act will be different, all the commotion and cruelty in your life before you meet the prince, all that will vanish away. Before you came to the Prince of Peace, you initiate fighting, you fights and get anger, you caused commotion, but when you met the Prince of Peace, peace comes to your life and all the bad things you used to do before will vanish away, peace has come, that's what happens as the evidence that you meet the Prince of Peace, fight, initiating fight gone, and then He gives you purity of heart when you go back to Him again, His goodness is inexhaustible, His peace, His purity will be prominent in your life, He gives you power to fight and overcome the devil, not to fight people, it's the power to overcome satanic force, it's the power to equip us, it's the power to fight against sicknesses, that's the power we need. When you pray, you repent, you come to the Lord and He will give you Peace, purity and power. He will fulfil in your life IN Jesus Name.

POINT THREE: THE PARDONING, PLENTEOUS GRACE FOR ALL PEOPLE.

PSALMS 130:7-8; 86:5,9-10; MICHA 7:18-19; LUKE 7:37-38,47-48,50.

His grace that brings peace and holiness to everyone that believes is plenteous, grace brings purity, grace brings power, grace brings peace. It's the grace that pardones, it's the grace that purifies, heals, it's the grace that delivers us, it's plenteous for all people. There's plenteous redemption with God, it's present redemption, it's heaven sent redemption, in that redemption we have peace, we have power and we have all possibilities. He takes away iniquities, sin, He purges us, He pardons us from the pollution of sin in our lives, He takes away the Power of sin in our lives. When you meet the Prince and He redeems you from iniquity, He breaks the power of sin away in your life, and the pollution of sin that makes you feel dirty, He washes you from that pollution of sin, the power of sin broken and destroyed, He takes the punishment of sin away so that what you should have been punished for, punishment on earth and punishment in hell fire, He takes that away, He will blot all the past punishment of sin away, if you don't have the Prince, you will not have forgiveness and salvation, if you're habitual religion without meeting with the Prince of Peace, if you die in that condition you will bear your punishment in hell fire forever and ever. Giving our lives to Saviour brings pardon, and the pollution of sin is wiped up, and you are free from the eternal punishment, tonight He will do it for you. He's the Prince that pardoning iniquity and He retains not His anger forever because He delights in mercy. He will have compassion upon us, He will subdue our iniquities and He will cast our sins into the depth of sea. As you come to Christ tonight and pardons you, He paddle all your sins together and put them to the depth of sea, they will not surface again, He is going to do it now, are you going to receive a new life? A powerful life that when the original of sin knock on your door, you will mention the Name of Jesus and that originator and instigator of sin will run away. Peace, a new strength will come to your life, the Prince of Peace will touch your life and what you don't have before, you will have.
