The truth is that the INEOS are not taking time to decide Ten Hag's future, they are rather not ready for the pressure and backlash that will follow from the fans if the next dutch tactician's successor fail to deliver in his first season.

Believe me, Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the INEOS have a bomb ready to explode on their hands so they are trying as much as possible to find the best solution.

Mind you, when there is the slightest change in ownership in football the manager is always the first to be kicked out whether he is doing well or not. But the situation at Man United as well all know is tricky.

So much talk from a manager who couldn't handle the power tussle between Sadio Mane and Mohammed Sallah. A manager who tossed Karius aside after that UEFA Champions League howler against Real Madrid.

Just one year of serious pressure and he resigned swiftly. It's high time we start putting some respect on Erik Ten Hag's name, cos Jurgen Klopp will not even last a month with the drama within the Carrington training center set up.

A player whom got laid off for 4 months as the manger helped to support his mental health and state of mind. I guess Ten Hag was supposed to rock him to sleep at night as well.

I understand Klopp is bitter because Erik Ten Hag hurt him twice and hard.

1. Ensured Klopp's side finished outside of the top four in 2022/2023

2. Initiated the start of Liverpool losing out of the 2023/2024 Premier League title race by holding them to a draw in their own back yard (Anfield)

3. Kicked them out of the FA Cup ending their hopes for a title in the 2023/2024 campaign.

He should better be quiet and enjoy his retirement because Manchester United still had better seasons while he was manager at Anfield.

Dear Manchester United fans,

It’s with great emotion that I write to you today to say goodbye. After nine incredible years at the club, the time has come for me to turn a new page in my career.

Since I arrived in 2015, I have had the immense honour of wearing this shirt and playing in front of you, the best supporters in the world! You have been an unwavering support, through the good times and the difficult. Your passion and loyalty have been a constant source of motivation for me.

I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you've done for me. Your songs, your encouragement and your love for the club are memories that will remain engraved in my heart forever.

I would also like to express my gratitude to all my team-mates, technical staff and all the members of the club I have met during my 9 years here. I am proud to have been able to share these experiences with you.

Manchester United will always be in my heart. This club has left its mark on my career and offered me an incredible opportunity to play in front of you. I'm leaving to take on new challenges, I'll always be a Red Devil and I'll continue to follow the club's results with passion.
