OPENING PRAYER
The meeting started with an opening prayer said by the State Women Leader, Mrs Adaoma Itta

BACKGROUND OF THE S.E.A.V
The state coordinator, Itumo Ndubusi in order to enshrine the objectives of the group in the minds of members, made it clearer as below;
- That the S.E.A.V is not just a support group but also a media outreach group that has been operating before now.
- That the group is spread across the five states of the southeast including Delta state bringing it to the total of six states.
- That the group is the brainchild of three prominent people that include Hon. Mrs Uju Edochie, Hon. Chief Nnanyelugo and Comr. Chinedu Akorah
- That the group is expected to deliver the political interest of Atiku Abubakar come 2023 and are therefore saddled with much more works to do.
- To the advantage of members, he stated that the group is a means of exposure and other benefits and should not be taken for granted.

ATTENDANCE
The total of 20 members were in attendance.

READING/ ADOPTION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
The minutes of the previous meeting was read by the Secretary, Nwali Lazarus.
An observation was made by the Financial Secretary, Nworie Sunday who pointed out the geography of the group. Afterwards, correction was made and minutes honourably adopted by the Ikwo Coordinator, Nwali kelechi and adoption seconded by Odom Wilfred

MATTERS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MINUTES
i. PROGRESS REPORT ON WARD- LEVEL MEMBERSHIP NOMINATION.
Recall that in the previous meeting, all coordinators were charged with the duty to nominate 100 members with 2 members coming from each ward of their Local government Areas. Unfortunately, all coordinators came back with similar reports hammering on the challenges they faced which incapacitated them to do the job inspite of all their efforts. From the reports collated, it was deduced that the followingserved as a gong in their wheel;
i. Mobilization: All the coordinators complained of no funding that could have lubricated the work for them as no person was willing to hang his fate on promises.
ii. Wherein the state is basically an APC led government, the job has become tougher in the face of competition coming from the ruling party, who also have started exerting influence on the rural dwellers. Therefore a take- off fund is unavoidably needed to set up structures at ward levels who will do finishing touches with the rural dwellers.

Despite the above excuses, the state coordinator charged everyone to contribute in the little ways he can, promising that funding won't be a problem as he promised to reach out to the appropriate quarters.

The state coordinator gave the report on this. According to him, messages have been sent out to many candidates. However, only Hon. Laz Ogbe, Hon. Victor Aleke and four other House of assembly members have indicated interest. He also acknowledged that call schedules have not been given but promised to update the group as soon as it is achieved.

FRESH MATTERS
REGISTRATION OF S.E.A.V WITH THE ATIKU/ OKOWA PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION

On a very good note, the coordinator alongside his secretary in their sincere efforts, have gone for the registration of the group and it all went successfully. However, it was expected that after registration comes a verification/ innaugral exercise by the Atiku/ Okowa presidential Campaign Organization which is partly why we are gathered this day.

A SWITCH OVER
Before the rest of the agenda was to be taken, a call came in, announcing the arrival of the South East Chairman of the Atiku/ Okowa presidential campaign Organization - comrade Ukpai Emmanuel who also came with his team to address the group.

SUMMARY OF HIS ADDRESS

First and foremost, he recognized the validity of the the S.E.A.V and went further to thank the organizers and every member who was present.
He also thanked Sen. Obinna Ogba who provided the accomodation for PDP activities in Ebonyi state.
He made it dear that the presence of the Atiku/ Okowa Presidential campaign Organization in Ebonyi state is lawful and enjoys the approval of the national campaign committee.
In this light, he urged anyone working with or for Atiku Abubakar to do so without fear or intimidation provided he is doing so within the ambit of the law.
He promised a continuous inclusion for those working with Atiku, to enable everybody have a sense of belonging.
He further Highlighted on the 5-points Agenda of the Atiku/ Okowa campaign which includes;
i. Unity
ii. Security
iii. Economic Development
iv. Educational Reform
V. Devolution of power
Finally, the S.E.A.V was inducted as an affiliate group working for the presidential ambition of Atiku Abubakar in Ebonyi state.

Some questions were also raised by some members of S.E.A.V which the chairman trashed accordingly and with this the meeting was adjourned and brought to a closing with a prayer.

MEETING OF IMO STATE CHAPTER OF SOUTH EAST ATIKULATED VANGUARD (SEAV)

The Imo State Chapter of South East Atikulated Vanguard (SEAV) held an Expanded Exco meeting on the 16th day of November 2023 , at the State PDP Party Secretariat Okigwe Road with the State PDP Youth Leader Comr. GOC Nwadike.

In attendance were all the State Excos, the 3 Zonal Coordinators, the 27 LGA Coordinators, 27 LGA Secretaries, 27 LGA Youth Leaders, 27 LGA Women leaders and SEAV Stakeholders.

Imo state SEAV Coordinator , Chief Stanley Obioha in his introductory speech thanked the PDP State Youth Leader Comr. GOC Nwadike for his presence at the meeting.

He also recognised and thanked Chief Mrs Uju Edochie and Comr. Chinedu Akorah, who are the founders of South East Atikulated Vanguard, SEAV, for all their efforts .

He informed the State youth leader that the Group is ready to partner with PDP to ensure that come 2023, that PDP will have a 4/4 winning in all the elections.

He further informed the State youth leader that the Group is on ground in all the 27 Local Government Areas of the state and further promised of the group's preparedness to deliver PDP Presidential candidate and the Vice Presidential candidate , H.E Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa , all the PDP House of Assembly, House of Representatives Senatorial and Presidential Candidate.

The PDP State youth Leader Comr. GOC Nwadike, thanked the group and hinted more on the role and works of support groups in election as being that of giving support to the party and not to play any anti party politics.

He informed the group of the Party's readiness to partner with any Serious Support group in making sure that PDP sweeps all votes in all polling units come 2023.

He further advised the group to partner with PDP from House of Assembly, House of Rep, Senate and Presidential Candidate.

In attendance from the State Exco are the State Coordinator Chief Stanley Obioha, the state Secretary Mr. Williams Ibekwe, the State woman Leader Hon.Mrs.Nkiruka Ejiogu, the state Organizing Secretary Mr.Ingram Odumegwu, the State youth leader Mr.Kizito Nwaokeke, the State PRO Miss Amadi MaureenState welfare officer Mrs.Gold Godwin and all the Media crew Members.

South East Speaks to Atiku's Presidency

It is common knowledge that what Nigerians of the Igbo stock in South East Nigeria crave most is more an enabling environment to freely express their entrepreneurial energies, industriousness, resourcefulness, adventurous bents, dexterous traits, resilience and elastic ingenuity, than a rambunctious shot at the presidency merely on entitlement basis.

The height and depth of confusion that Buhari's presidency has imposed on Nigeria is a deadly ambush for anyone not in-depth in managing the volatile propensities in Nigeria's rancorous politics. It does not encourage emergence of anyone whose claims on good leadership is at best localised to the limits of a state in the federation, either in the North or South.

This superior consideration produced Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the flag bearer of the People's Democratic Party in the presidential poll of February, 2023. The acceptability of PDP's choice to the people of the South East is demonstrated by the warmth with which the citizens receive and propagate Atiku's candidacy/presidency as a building block to the emergence of a Nigeria's president of Igbo extraction.

The hearty reception Alhaji Atiku Abubakar got from the frontline leaders and people of the South East when he visited Enugu a few days ago was very instructive. He belongs to the people of South East whose daughter gave him three sons. Ogo bu chi onye (one's in-law is one's God), Igbos would unreservedly say. So is Atiku to Igbos.

Atiku's peerless insight on the trouble with Nigeria, and his evident readiness to bring his patriotic convictions and democratic dispositions to bear in responding to the excruciating worries of Nigerians put him in a vantage position for electoral victory in the coming presidential poll.

South Easterners and a huge population of Nigerians are anxious to see Atiku's envisioned presidency materialise. For this, they pull efforts.

Atiku appoints Dan Ulasi adviser, Obaseki consultant

Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party and former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has appointed Chief Dan Ulasi as Technical Adviser to the Presidential Candidate on Contact & Mobilisation (South East) and Dr Don Pedro Obaseki as Media Presidential Consultant.

The appointments are with immediate effect.

Ulasi, who hails from Anambra State is an experienced politician who has served the Peoples Democratic Party in different capacities both in Anambra State and at the national secretariat of the party.

Pedro, is a seasoned media personality from Edo State with rich experience in political communication.

The Value of Atiku's Presidency

Not many will argue that Atiku Abubakar's presidency will add great value to the economically impoverished Nigerians and return hope to the forlorn.

The current state of the nation's economy requires a president that has ample knowledge of how to tie up the loose ends.

Since 1999, the Obasanjo/Atiku time in government has remained the most economically viable period in the 23 years of democratic government in Nigeria.

Recall that that government entrusted the Waziri Adamawa with the responsibility of managing the economy which he handled commendably without running on budget deficit in the 8 years.

This is unlike what has obtained since the current APC government which has continued to run on budget deficit of above 3% threshold permissible under Nigerian Fiscal Responsibility Law.

What that means is that if an untested candidate is allowed to assume office in the wake of the mess the APC government is leaving early next year, the future of Nigeria will be better imagined.

Atiku/ Okowa government has required experience necessary to recover the Nigerian economy from the doldrums.
A vote for Atiku/Okowa is a vote for economic, political and social regeneration.

Despite the dogged internal wranglings that long tended to unsettle decorous inhouse brainstorming of the collegiate of the People's Democratic Party's prime stakeholders in strategising for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar's electoral victory in the 2023 presidential election, the candidate has remained very calm and calculative in his utterances, decision and actions. Such reserved deameanor marks the level of tolerance, accommodation and maturity that Atiku is endowed with. This, in every inch, is what is required of a progressive Nigerian leader particularly in this noxious season of volatile inter ethnic suspicions.

It is evident that the major leadership problem that Nigeria suffers is the leaders' insensitivity to the sectional pulses of people outside their ethnic or economic-interest enclaves. For this, people outside the leaders' parochial interest-folds hurt beyond measure. In Atiku however Nigerians have a compassionate leader whose sense of inclusiveness drives his choices and conclusions.

Little wonder Nigerians clamour for an Atiku Presidency as a panacea for healing the festering wound inflicted on the country by mutual ethnic mistrust which has held Nigeria prostrate over the years.

Notwithstanding the orchestrated crisis intended to deplete the electoral strength of the Atiku/Okowa march towards the presidency in early 2023, the team is inviolate.

The contest will be won by the ticket on the first ballot. There will be no nip and tuck.

What the Atiku/Okowa ticket promises Nigerians by way of revival of the economy, revitalization of the education sector, rejigging the security architecture and revamping of the infrastructural decay is yet to be countered or bettered by the other candidates.

There is no gainsaying the fact that the Waziri Adamawa and Governor Okowa will place Nigeria on a mark where ineptitude of the current administration and the pains it brought Nigerians will be wiped out in months.

Political demagogues may attempt to brainwash unsuspecting folks about their capacity to turn things around, but none of them has Atiku's vast knowledge of Nigeria having played at the national level.

It will do no one any good to think that the enormous challenge facing the country at the moment can be solved by mere demagoguery.
Atiku/Okowa is on a rescue mission. Do not waste your vote if indeed you want Nigeria to recover from the mess the APC government dipped it.

SOUTH EAST ATIKULATED VANGUARD (SEAV) ANAMBRA STATE CHAPTER HELD HER FIRST PHYSICAL MEETING.

The South East Atikulated Vanguard, Anambra State Chapter ably Led by Hon. Mrs. Virginia Chinwuba held her first physical general meeting yesterday, Sunday, 25th September, 2022, at Laluna Hotels Awka.

The meeting which lasted for two hours started at exactly 12noon with the presence of coordinators and secretaries of all the 21 local governments of Anambra state.

We also had the honour of the presence of South East Atikulated Vanguard founders in persons of Chief (Mrs.) Uju Edochie and Comr. Chinedu Akorah.

The State Coordinator, Hon. Mrs. Virginia Chinwuba, took time to engage all the local government Coordinators on the need to brace up for the upcoming presidential election. She maintained that His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, remains the favourite to take over the mantle of leadership of this country from President Buhari.

She charged everyone of the attendees to go back to their various local governments and preach the gospel of the coming of a new dawn in Nigeria under the tested and trusted leadership hands of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Sir Ifeanyi Okowa who have individually demonstrated sterling commitment to good governance and the good of Nigeria and her people.

The local government Coordinators who spoke one after the other pledged their unreserved commitment and readiness to go to the field and deliver Atiku/Okowa for a greater Nigeria.

The South East Atikulated Vanguard founders, Chief Mrs Uju Edochie and Comr. Chinedu Akorah, enjoined the local government Coordinators to go all out and do their job without fear of anyone or anything. The S.E.A.V founders each emphasised the need for the members of the group to be driven by the urge for a better country which the Atiku-Okowa mandate promises. The people showed great determination to go for conquest in delivering Atiku Abubakar as the next President of Nigeria.

The meeting adjourned at about 2.00pm with prayer by the Chapter leader, Mrs. Virginia Chinwuba.

No speculations! Nigeria's electorates are eager to meet with politicians who are desirous of determining the quality of life Nigerians live beyond Buhari's APC tortious reign. The campaigns resume in a few days. Among the 15 candidates flying the flags of their parties, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party flagbearer, stands out as a household name. He is most talked about as the one most adequate to right the wrongs of Buhari his APC these past years.

This is for reasons of Atiku's sterling experiences in governance (having served Nigeria for 8 years as Vice President in the most celebrated regime of modern Nigeria), his expertise, his sagacity, his entrepreneurial poise, his versatility, his reachability, his humaneness, his fair-mindedness and his democratic disposition. More importantly, Atiku's glaring "Nigerianness" predisposes him to the love of the electorates who are eagerly waiting for the campaigns to resume so as to demonstrate their support for him ahead of his electoral victory in February, 2023.

Atiku's utterances on where his presidency is headed give Nigerians hope that this place is still redeemable after malicious abuses by APC's government of General Muhamadu. Nigerians eagerly anticipate the economic rebirth and a comprehensive reinvention of a sound national ethos that will not only reawaken the the long lost communal spirit amongst the citizens but rightly situate the country as the giant of Africa in the comity of nations.

Atiku's presidency is an assurance that Nigeria's redemption is close by, and our envisioned Nigeria will be birthed, come February 2023.
