THIS IS KUNU MADE FROM GROUNDNUT & RICE

It’s called Kunun Gyada in the northern part of Nigeria

I learnt how to prepare this from one of my staffs and whenever we want to prepare it in the factory she takes the lead

So this is how we rolled our kunun gyada and each section had theirs in that black bowl

We have the security, the women who do repair groundnuts , the men who do roast and peel the nuts, we have those who grind and mix, we also have those who make the kuli kuli , those who fry and lastly those who package

That was how we dished the kunun and we shared it according to the number of persons in each section

And lastly, I must drink too na 🤣🤣🤣🤣

How the work is going on today

I have been very busy today cus I moved from my old office to another one

This year I want to be where bulk of the work is done

So like this I don port from the other factory to this factory

My eyes needs to be seeing what is done at intervals

The best type of management is by involvement, delegating tasks and not been there at interval to check is not productive, my eyes see and saw so no room for anyhow, na my business and I must carry am for head in totality 👍👍

DONT LET WHERE YOU ARE DISCOURAGE YOU

I will be sharing my past once again because I know someone needs it especially now that everything seems so tough and difficult

Life is indeed a journey and a process

You can only remain at the level you are if you keep pitying yourself

Most of us have nothing including me
Most of us are from a very poor family
Most of us struggle for everything
Most of us don’t even know the next step to take
Most of us practically have nothing and no one
Most of us are scared because of the level we are
Most of us are scared because we have tried and failed

You failed and that does not make you a failure

Everyone has that moment they failed

What you allow from the failure is what determines your next stage

I have always said that every big dream can start small

While starting small you will fail and make mistakes just like I did

I made so many mistakes that burnt me

I made so many mistakes because I was trying to survive and stand out

But I always learn to pick up the lessons and move on to the next

This picture was me few years ago and I will share many more of my past memories

I have practically tried my hands on so many things and am still trying

For the fact that the one you tried before didn’t work does not mean you should stop trying

And yes for the fact that the one you tried failed does not make you a failure

What stage are you right now?

It’s time to pick up the lessons from failing and move on
