THIS IS KUNU MADE FROM GROUNDNUT & RICE
It’s called Kunun Gyada in the northern part of Nigeria
I learnt how to prepare this from one of my staffs and whenever we want to prepare it in the factory she takes the lead
So this is how we rolled our kunun gyada and each section had theirs in that black bowl
We have the security, the women who do repair groundnuts , the men who do roast and peel the nuts, we have those who grind and mix, we also have those who make the kuli kuli , those who fry and lastly those who package
That was how we dished the kunun and we shared it according to the number of persons in each section
And lastly, I must drink too na 🤣🤣🤣🤣

HOW THE PHONE THEIF CONFESSED
I posted a video two days ago narrating what happened in my office
How there was a little chaos/controversy about one of my workers and her little girl that comes to work with her. For full details check my post two days ago
I then used the opportunity to talk about the phone that was stolen in that section two weeks ago
One of them suggested something that should be done and we all said no
I brought up 3options ⬇️⬇️⬇️
1. The woman who stole the phone would be purging none stop daily
2. The woman who stole the phone would have her belly keep growing
3. The woman who stole the phone would be mysteriously made to sweep the factory for 3weeks none stop. 😂😂😂😂
Everyone chorused number 3.
Immediately I removed my phone and put a call across to one of our drivers and as if he knew, the corporation in his response was superb 😂😂😂
I told him right now we have 17 women standing here and one of them stole a fellow woman’s phone and it’s been two weeks.
He said in a loud voice as if he was acting Nigerian film, “I Dey give that person from now to 5pm, go and meet Mama and confess or else you will sufffer, you will suffer”. He then cut the call

To back up his tone I now told them he was a native doctor, Infact he do appear and disappear and everyone fears him. I made sure I spiced the description so I put fear in them all😂😂😂
I told them that they will all go out and come in to my office one after the other so no one will know who the thief was, that way we cover up for her shame
Number 1 came, 2, 3, 4, 5, and number 6 confession started 😂😂😂, she told me how it happened and how the phone is no longer in her custody, so many long story, then I asked the next person to come in, we did number 7,8, 9, 10 and down to number 17. This is so I keep my promise that the Theif would not be known
When number 7 came in, she said mama, I am suspecting number 6. I wa
WE RESORT TO FIREWOOD
When we started production it was gas we were using and also electric
But over time gas kept increasing and it wasn’t economical
It got to a point where gas was no longer an option so we introduced firewood as an alternative
But then……
The disadvantages of firewood plenty 🥲🥲🥲
✅It makes your workspace black
✅The smoke is not funny and only one who has mind can work in
✅It’s not readily available
✅It also started becoming very expensive
✅when you are supplied big ones you would have to spend extra to cut it into sizes to fit in
✅during rainy season you hardly get dried woods and it makes the work more stressful and less enjoyable
✅it makes you spend more because you will be buying milk and anti smoke tablets with vitamins for workers

I resumed this year using gas but right now gas is not an option with the cost and am back to firewood again🥲🥲
The way prices of things are leaves one so confused in this era

FACTORY WORKERS ISSUES
I would briefly summarize what this is all about as most of you don’t understand Hausa language
This woman here her phone was stolen two weeks ago at the close of work. Let me keep that aside because in the cause of dropping these videos that case will come up
In this particular video, a group of women were beefing the woman’s daughter of 8years old
While paying January salary I dashed the girl N7000 and told the mum the girl should sign attendance whenever she comes to the factory
That gift was to appreciate the girl for always helping her mum
So the group of 17 women said the girl should work to be paid and not just that the girl should be placed on target just like adults since she is signing in attendance
On this faithful day, there was an argument and then they came to my office to report the issue

It was after this issue we talked about the stolen phone since I was addressing them all as a group
