‘I fear for my life’ – Michael Ilesanmi tells US police why he left wife at home

Nigerian 90 Day Fiancé star, Michael Ilesanmi, has told the United States police that he was not missing after leaving his wife Angela Deem at home for three days.

Vanguard earlier reported that Ilesanmi left home without telling his wife two months after he relocated to the US.

Angela Deem made this known via a TikTok video, adding that the home cameras did not pick up his disappearance.

However, an update on his disappearance was published on Tuesday after he called the police that he feared for his life at home and decided to leave.

He was last seen on security camera footage leaving Angela Deem’s house in Hazlehurst, Georgia on the afternoon of February 23.

According to Starcasm, 90 Day Fiancé blogger John Yates, who is currently with his husband Cody at Angela’s home, shared an update on YouTube revealing that Michael has been found.

Jos North/Bassa rerun - Tribunal sacks PDP rep Musa Agah, declares PRP ’s Alkali as winner

Plateau State National and State House of Assemblies, Election Petition Tribunal (EPT), has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to return, Muhammad Adam Alkali, of the Peoples' Redemption Party (PRP), as valid winner of the February 26th, 2022 Jos North/Bassa bye-election.

The tribunal in a consensus judgement lead by its chairman, Justice Hope O. Ozoh. Khadi Usman Umar, and Justice Zainab M. Bashir, holds that the petitioners have proofed their case.

Auto crash kills 10, injures 15 on Jos - Bauchi highway

Ten persons have lost their lives and fifteen others hospitalised in a ghastly motor accident involving a trailer truck and six other vehicles along Jos-Bauchi highway.

According to an eye witness, the accident occurred at about 8:00 am on Thursday at Zakalio/Babale axis along the highway when trailer conveying goods to the North Eastern part of the country suddenly lost control as a result of mechanical problem and rammed into several vehicles.

The eye witness who disclosed that ten persons died on the spot stated that the incident caused a heavy traffic gridlock along the highway as people living within the vicinity were seen trying to rescue those trapped in the affected vehicles.

The Plateau State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Alphonso Godwin who confirmed the accident said the truck driver who was an underaged lost control as a result of mechanical deficiency which led to the removal of the vehicle shaft propeller.

He said the truck rammed into several vehicles, causing accidents along the highway adding that ten persons lost their lives on the spot while fifteen others sustained fatal injuries.

The sector Commander further added that those who sustained injuries were admitted at Toro medical centre while the remains of those who died were deposited at the Bingham University Teaching Hospital, Jos.

Godwin, therefore, advised truck owners to always maintain their vehicles, monitor their drivers and as well desist from giving out trucks to their underage boys.

THE PARAMOUNT RULER OF RIGWE NATION COMMENDS AND LAUDS TASTE ORGANIZATION FOR THE SELECTION OF 3 RIGWE COMMUNITIES FOR PROJECT...

The paramount ruler of Rigwe Nation, Brra Nggwe Rigwe and acting President, Bassa Traditional Council, HRH Rev Ronku Aka (Rtd) has commended and lauded a Non-governmental Organization known as the Transfer of Appropriate Sustainable Technology and Expertise (TASTE) for their humanitarian works and interventions in Rigwe land.

The paramount ruler poured the encomium and commendation when he received at his Palace the team of TASTE on Thursday August 11,2022 on an advocacy and mobilization visit.

The retired cleric said he is happy with the great strides TASTE has recorded so far in ensuring that the plights of his people who have been depressed and confined in pitiful conditions are alleviated and by extension giving a new hope and a lift of life.

"For this wonderful and awesome project about to be executed in my land,on behalf of the entire Rigwe Nation,we are saying a very big thank you and we pray that God will continue to uphold and bless your organization and we pledge our total support in areas needed"- HRH told the TASTE team.

Earlier,the Program Officer of TASTE,Mr Jonathan Makan who led a high powered delegation to the Brra Nggwe Rigwe Palace informed His Royal Highness that three of his villages have been picked and selected for water project.

He added that the three villages namely; Tafi-Gana (Cando Zrreci), Kpachudu and Oureedam will be aided with motorized solar system boreholes.

"We are drilling 2 boreholes with 25,000 liters capacity metal tanks each at Tafi-Gana and Kpachudu villages and 1 borehole with 10,000 liters capacity tank stand at Oureedam village."- Mr Makan further explained

The Program Officer also said their organization will be building 50 toilets to 50 households each at Tafi-Gana and Kpachudu Villages and a VIP latrine at Oureedam village.

Tinubu, who arrived at the Penthouse of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, in his chopper at about 1pm, was welcomed with funfair by his supporters and members of the party.

The late Comptroller General of Customs, Alhaji Dikko Nde once came to pray at a mosque in Kaduna.
After the prayers, he was stopped by a group of youths. He dipped his hand in his pocket and wanted to give them money. The youths said they didn’t wanted money, they needed jobs. He asked them of their educational qualifications and was told they were all graduates.
He promised to get back to them after collecting the phone number of one of them.
Upon his return to Abuja, months later, he called that number and requested that they should all forward their CVs. They compiled their CVs and included that of their friends who were all graduates, numbering forty.
Weeks later, all the forty of them received text messages of invitation for interview and screening.
Today, many of them have become officers and family men too.
