“To God be the Glory"
Today Saturday 28th, August 2021 being the exactly two (2) years I was inaugurated as the Elected S.U.G President At ASCOE AZARE after Successful free, fair and credible election.
Indeed I'm So much grateful for the Solidarity I'd got from ASCOEA Students during my aspirations up to my succession.
I could not ever forget Such opportunity of leading an experience and highly intelligent Students Of ASCOEA with the estimate population of 10,000.
I'd learnt 5 things on and after my successful serving the ASCOEA Students.
Below are what I learned:
1. UNDERSTANDING: Being a one time a students leader I learnt the attitude of Understanding because for a leader to be successful deliver his task, must to Understand his followers by recognizing their views and Understanding their Problems and how to Solve it. Indeed it's understanding that made me to end my tenure without being haven Problems with both students and College Management.
2. EQUAL TREATMENTS: During my Service as a Jagaban Of ASCOEA students, I had oppurtuned to deliver Equal treatments on both Christians and Muslims, I treated all the gender, ethnic Equally without showing my Part as a leader. And that made Christians and Muslims brothers were proud of our tenure.
3. COMMITMENTS: Indeed, I have learned how to be committed with the commitments to bring a change that our students will feel comfortable. At times, I use to missed test, assignment and lectures, but that was not discouraged me to stopped myself from being committed on students Problems.
4. CARING AND HUMAN RELATIONS: As a leader at that time, I tried my best to see that I gives my complete time to care my students particularly to build a barrier between them and Problems. I cared them in the sense that I use to visit them room by room both In-Campus and Up-Campus students. I valued them and related with them meaningfully.
5. NO POWER IS PERMANENT: At the end, I learnt that only GOD POWER IS PERMANENT.
