Few years back before Asake became famous, he was Broda Shaggi’s road manager. In 2019 Broda Shaggi was invited for a comedy show “leave comedy for shortcuts” in Lagos and Asake accompanied him. When they got to the hotel were Broda Shaggi was to lodge, Asake came to the realization that the event organizers didn’t book a hotel room for him too probably because they didn’t ‘rate’ him. Instead of feeling disrespect & getting mad, Asake took out money from his pocket and rented a room for himself. During that time Asake had started recording songs too so he had a couple of singles in his shelves. He approached the event organizers and pleaded with them to give him few seconds to perform and showcase his talent during the event but the event organizers turned him down. Asake didn’t get mad still. He even stayed back at the event venue and helped the event organizers pack chairs after the event was over.

Today Asake is a super star! He organizes shows in Nigeria & sells out easily even when he raises ticket prices to up to 100,000 Naira. Event organizers can barely book him coz the boy is way to expensive. He now poses a major threat to Naija music heads like Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy etc on Naija charts. He now has more followers than all invited comedians & musicians who were at the event where he was denied a stage(except Broda Shaggi).

A woman went shopping. At the cash counter, she opened her purse to pay.

The cashier noticed a TV remote in her purse.

He could not control his curiosity and asked,

"Do you always carry your TV remote with you?"

She replied " No, not always, but my husband refused to accompany me shopping today because of football match, so I took the remote."

The cashier laughed and then returned all the items that lady had purchased.

Shocked at this act, she asked the cashier what he was doing.

He said, "your husband has blocked your credit card.........."
