Scenes during last week’s Cocktail Evening with Y.Bhg. Datuk Sr Bernard Liew, Director of Lands and Surveys Department at Baysuites organized by Sabah Housing And Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA).
The cocktail evening is a gathering to celebrate the festive spirit and reflect on the remarkable achievements by SHAREDA throughout 2024.
Among present is Guest of Honour Y.Bhg. Datuk Sr Bernard Liew - Director of Lands and Surveys Department, Datuk Sr Chua Soon Ping - SHAREDA President, and members of SHAREDA along with other key distinguished guests who have supported SHAREDA.

We look forward to continued collaboration and overcoming future challenges together.” said Datuk SR Chua during his welcoming speech.
Datuk Sr Chua also extended his thanks to all sponsors, media partners, and other supporters, whose generous contributions and unwavering support have made SHAREDA annual events, including the SHAREDA PropEX, SHAREDA Nite & SHAREDA Excellence Award for the year 2024, a resounding success.
Two key events in the forthcoming year 2025 was also announced during the Cocktail Evening. Namely PropEX 2025 from 25th to 27th July at SICC, chaired by Mr. Jonathan Wong Kar Gee, and SHAREDA Nite 2025 on 25th October, chaired by Mr. Benny Ng Su Pei.
Datuk Sr Chua also took the opportunity to introduce the newly completed Baysuites, a new luxury serviced apartments building in Kota Kinabalu.

Scenes during Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony last Tuesday.
The ceremony kicked off with a choir performance by Seventh-Day Adventist Church (Likas) Youth Choir.
The featured Christmas tree during the ceremony is part of Le Meridien’s Christmas Wish Project. As part of the project, individual Christmas gift wish cards from the residents of Bukit Harapan were hung on the tree. Guests can pick the card (or cards), buy the gifts and pass it to the front office for the hotel to deliver them to the residents on 23rd December.
