Hundred of Nimbans have endorsed the second-term bid of President George Manneh Weah.

The citizens under the banner "Nimba for Weah" said that based on the current development trend of the country under the CDC's flag bearer, there is no need for change in October this year.

They named the payment of WAEC's fees for all 12-graders across the country, the pavement of roads across the country, the er****on of modern markets in Montserrado and other parts of the country, the provision of jobs for typical Liberians as some of the indelible marks of the current government under the leadership of his excellency, President Weah that he should be given another six years for.

The Nimba County citizens in their petition said for such monumental developments to continue, President Weah fully deserves another term to continue and conclude these initiatives.

They have vowed to vigorously campaign for the reelection of the CDC government on October 10 this year.

The "Nimba for Weah" petition was launched on Friday in the county.

Electoral District #4 Representative hopeful, Mr. Jonah Nulee Togbah I has named health, education, and agriculture as top priorities of his legislative agenda.

Appearing as a guest on a local radio station Friday, the Former B**g County Health team Administrator said his district is lagging because of the lack of proper healthcare, improved education, and agriculture systems as a result of poor political representation.

The Grand Cape Mount County Health Team Administrator has promised to mitigate these challenges when given the chance on October 10 this year.

"if you checked in our district, you notice poor healthcare, unimproved education, and agricultural programs, these are reasons why our area is the way it is, we will correct that after October 10, this year", the trained public sector manager intoned to his people.

In a related development, the district four strongman has called on citizens of B**g County to elect someone who has the experience and capabilities to the Liberian Senate on October 10, as the Senate is a house of elders.

" The Senate is a house of elders, I urging my county to support someone who has that experience and political knowhow ", Mr. Togbah averred during his presentation Friday evening.

Mr. Togbah urged B**gese not to be carried away by what be termed as "political quick impact projects", adding that nine years were nothing small to gamble on just for bags of rice or handouts.

He cautioned them to be mindful of who to send to the Senate on October 10, as sending an "inexperienced and politically bleak person" was a recipe for retrogression.

Mr. Togbah spoke when he appeared on a local radio station Friday in Gbarnga.✌️

In the last 24hrs, I have read from several media outlets including the New Dawn News Paper indicating that I was contemplating returning to the Congress of Democracy Change-CDC.

Firstly, the Publication is untrue and far from reality, as lead Vision Bearer & Governing Council Chair Of the Movement For Democracy and Reconstruction, we have made absolutely no decision to return to the ruling party.

Additionally, it is important to reemphasize that, upon our Ganta convention a fortnight ago, we initiated a National conversation with several Opposition parties including the Unity Party, these conversations are genuine and those conversations are gradually taking substantial shape.

Today, let me reassure my supporters and admirers that, I firmly support the opposition Unity and CDC is no option in these conversations.

Lastly, Senator Jeremiah Kpan Koung has my fullest support at every level of these conversations in those engagements with the opposition including the Unity Party.
