Their programs cspread across over twenty districts in the country and encompass social groups of multiple ethnic and religious backgrounds. For over 6 years, our team has been involved with the coverage of many World Vision Projects such as ‘Tikiri Shilpa’ (5 seasons to date), ‘Helping Farmers realize their dreams’ (A USDA funded project), ‘A new dawn for the east’ (RIWASH project), ‘Our Journey’ (ongoing) and ‘World Vision Sri Lanka’ (A documentary commemorating their 35th year of service), ‘Idorayata poda wessak/ A drizzle in the drought’ (Drama). The documentaries completed for World Vision Sri Lanka to date, has involved a variety of social issues such as livelihood development, child care, peace building, emergency relief, water and sanitation, agriculture and farming, economic development, health and nutrition. A well-educated and updated team has been key to providing an informative and quality coverage of such diverse projects. World Vision documentaries, due to the nature of their work and wide spread locations, demand that a production team possess proficiency in all languages spoken among the country’s ethnic communities. Our crew has successfully satisfied this requirement, with a multilingual input delivered on demand at all stages of production. World Vision Lanka continues to liaise with us for the production of their video documentary programs.

Eco-V
Produced for Eco-V, a volunteer group focused on environmental conservation, ‘Kelani Nadee Yathra’ was a documentary featuring water quality and pollution along the Kelani river. Coverage for this documentary involved numerous video footage collected along the Kelani River from its origin at Adams Peak to it’s estuary at Mattakuliya, together with information gathered and activities carried out at pre-identified locations. The production team fruitfully accomplished the challenge of condensing these numerous video footage and project information in to 10-15 minute documentary, much to the client’s satisfaction.

The project funded by GAP Inc., UNESCO, UNEP, Youth Exchange and The Consumer Citizenship Network, incorporated a school based awareness program sphere headed by MAS Holdings. This project featured multiple aspects of sustainable development and thus the documentary demanded a smooth flow through a variety of footage, for effective transfer of its message. Pre requisite knowledge on an array of topics, creative thinking and flexibility were mandatory to our successful production of this video.

OTHER
A documentary on Hip hop music, titled ‘Ape Hip hop’ was produced by our team for the well renowned musician, Randhir Witanage. This, unlike the majority of documentaries previously completed, required a more creative and less formal approach in its production. Our multifaceted team was able to commendably adjust and achieve the desirable change; yet another example of our ability to competently perform within any given area of production interest.
