Two Form Four students at Maraba Secondary School in Aldai Constituency, Nandi County have been arrested for assaulting their teacher.

The two are accused of assaulhting their Biology and Agriculture after waylaying him on his way home at night, fracturing his right hand using blunt objects.

Josphat Kiplimo, 22, and Collins Kipruto, 18, are said to have been infuriated by the teacher who had reprimanded them for disrupting the queue during lunchtime.

Pope Francis accepts resignation of His Eminence John Cardinal Njue

The Holy Father Pope Francis has accepted the resignation of John cardinal Njue as the Archbishop of Nairobi.

At the same time, he has appointed Nairobi Auxiliary Bishop Rt. Rev. David Kamau as the Apostolic Administrator of Nairobi Archdiocese. Bishop Kamau has been serving in the archdiocese since 22nd December 1999 when he was appointed the Auxiliary Bishop of Nairobi.

The news was officially made public in Rome on Monday,4th, January 2021 at Noon, Rome Time (2.00 p.m. Kenyan Time). The acceptance letter of Cardinal Njue’s resignation and the appointment of Bishop Kamau was sent to the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) by the Apostolic Nuncio to Kenya, His Excellency Archbishop Hubertus van Megen.

1) I regret my sacrifices and support for Jubilee and specifically Uhuru Kenyatta as President. Anyone who has tracked my twits since Nov 2019 (BBI1) knows my publicly published and loudly pronounced REASONS. Anyone who doesn't know can take time to read allmy posts past 13 months ie since Nov 29th 2019. It is therefore illogical and irrational for anyone to perpetrate the lie that I'd return to a dead party and a sinking regime.
2) Although I don't belong to Ruto's camp and I have not spoken or met him since mid2015, I fully agree with his position on BBI1, BBI2, BBI3. But I don't agree with him on socalled consensus. After confirming the plot and conspiracy via handshake via BBI for 2022 scheme, and upon BBI failing to offer solutions eg TJRC, Ndung'u Report, Kroll Report and tragically becoming a deodorant of graft merchants - mwosho Moja ,- as I have previously said openly in citizentv kiririmbi- hence misusing DCI, EACC to weaponize and politicized WarOnGraft, I am for . This is my unchangeable position. To the end.
3) I remain respectful to our President, to his Deputy and to Raila (whom I've supported at great risk and thus quietly. That said, I advise bloggers (who may mean well anyway) to keep me off the desperate shenanigans of a regime that has betrayed our people, a govt that has completely fallen short of expectations we put it to. Above all, I am amongst those who don't bu****it or play hypocritical in politics. Jubilee as a party is a derelict, a political graveyard. It is a shell. God is Truth, and God loves Truth and rewards truth.

I am not interested in political fights. I only want to speak my mind openly, boldly and unapologetically.

That said, I take no offense with the lie by this bloggers, even though it is in bad taste. Please vijana, follow clean agendas, don't be misused to do dirty political stuff
