Was at my Rural Place some few weeks ago and i got to witness the assigned caterers frying a whole Sheep curcus
They first boiled the meat then ina different Pot fried:
Onions
Tomatoes
Garlic powder
Tumeric powder
And mixed spices

Pork Wet Fry
We all love some pork here's a wet fry recipe
Boil the pork with

1 tsp Rosemary

1tsp Black pepper

Chillies (optional)

Soy sauce 2 tbsp

1tsp Ginger

1 tsp Garlic

Fry with

Onions 2 large

Green bell peppers 2

Tomatoes Blended 4

Enjoy with an accompaniment of your choice.

Do you dislike Dry Roast Chicken like I do. Here’s a recipe to make a Juicy one:
1 table spoon Ginger
1 table spoon Garlic
1 tea spoon Salt
1 tea spoon Rosemary
1 tea spoon Black Pepper
1 tea spoon Thyme
1 tea spoon Oregano
2 table spoon Soy sauce
150 ml Mala{Sour Milk]
3 table spoons Honey
Chillies Optional
2 squizzed Lemons
3 table spoons Ketchup
1.Marinate with above ingredients and Chill in a fridge for 24hrs
2.If a fridge is not available let it sit in a cool place for not more than 4hrs
3.Grill 10 minutes each side for 2 rounds
4.Then in foil for 15 minutes each side to make sure the inside is cooked well
5.Serve with an accompaniment of your choice.

Outdoor Cooking | Black Beans (Njahi) Recipe
We all have different feelings about Njahi. Some find it tasteless and heavily dislike it. To me its one of my favourite dishes.I believe It's nutritious and loaded with flavor if cooked well. Here’s how I cook Njahi:
Ingredients
2 Cups black beans {Njahi} 2Tbsp Coconut Cream
2 Onions 4 large Blended Tomatoes
1 Bell Pepper {Hoho} Grounded Green Chillies
1Tsp Dried Rosemary 1Tsp Crushed Garlic
1Tsp Crushed Ginger 1Tsp Curry Powder
1Tsp Black Pepper 1Tsp Oregano
Dhania Carrots

1.I first boil the Njahi with salt and whole carrots a day before for around four hours.{You can soak them overnight to reduce boiling time}.
2. Make sure to throw the whole carrots since Purpose was to absorb gas from the beans.
3. In a pot fry the Onions and bell Peppers till onions are brown
4.Add in the Garlic and Ginger and carrots
5. Add in your spices Black pepper, Rosemary, Oregano, Curry Powder
6. Add in the Chillies
7. Pour your blended Tomatoes/ Diced tomatoes can also work
Stir and let it come to a boil
8. Add in the Black Beans {Njahi}
9. Put 2 Table Spoons of coconut Cream or more according to your liking
10. Allow to simmer for 20 mins
Serve with either rice or chapati .
