We at FrogGames were founded to bring Japanese TTRPGs to users around the world and TTRPGs around the world to users in Japan.
Our first project is the Swedish "Kutulu" in Japan.
The Swedish version of "Kutulu" has been adapted to the Japanese market, and the rules have been revised with the help of Mikael, the author.
In the process, we discovered that the preferred scenarios and play styles differ depending on the region where the game is played.
In Japan, since COVID-19, people tend to play online and prefer scenarios that can be played with a small number of players and in a short time.
In addition, videos of online games being played are often distributed, and Vtubers are actively creating new content.
