He noticed that the young generation, stimulate by the screens, are less and less interested by books… what a lost ! 😞

But we had a main issue, the amount of time and work was too important for the small team we had. So we put this project aside to start with a new shorter project…

Recently, we have shared how magic happens in a technical way. These 2D > 3D posts are more oriented to Unity developers. Of course we want to hear from developers as well, however, we felt that this type of story could be a bit boring somehow for the others. Thanks to the 246 people who joined that page. When you launch an application, creating a community isn't easy. If you start doing it when the application is already done, it's too late. Our story and first project

Our story started 2 years ago… 🪄 The idea was to tell a story by creating a new, visual and interactive reading experience. We started with this fantastic polar that takes time in Tokyo… Looks dope, right? ✨ But we had a main issue, the amount of time and work was too important for the small team we had. You were waiting for it and as promised please find below a sample of our first test flight! This is more a demo to check if our application engine is working. As you could see this is just the first look and the environment, design etc. will be much more realistic later but it takes a lot of time to complete all design details (and animation). The more challenging part was to create an environment where the text, 3D characters (2D>3D) and all scenes can be mixed together and give you the impression that at the same time you read the story is coming alive graphically. We aim to have a final version including perfect design, environment, animation, trigger interaction, music and sound-effects by April/May and will keep you updated on the evolution. Do you like it?
