Five tracks EP "Fractures" by Morning Haze is out now, actually you have already listened the first 4 songs from it in the past few months. The final track "Sorites Paradox" is a downtempo trance piece that wasn't supposed to be here initially but it felt a nice addition despite other unreleased tracks made during that period.

The EP "Descending" from Morning Haze is finally out now on Crashing Apart and it ends an important chapter other than a year full of music. These bunch of tracks act as an expansion for the last album Ominous Ascent, adding at the whole experience 10 more minutes and 4 new songs. All of them were written on the same period of the ones that ended up on the LP but finalized afterwards the release. Said that, wish you a happy new year. We'll be back.

Today is resurrection day. This new track from Morning Haze was created during Easter so it could be a reason of its very mystical vibe. The song itself is a concentrated evolving mix of different layered melodies in a literary three note polyrhythmic base harmony. Kinda a return to how I used to make music a few years ago. "On the Cliff" is a track made in the same period as the ones that ended up on the album "Ominous Ascent" but finalised after the release. It'll be part of an EP coming this fall that will end this year full of music from Morning Haze. The song itself is full of contrasts: mellow analog pads, blade runnerish leads and piano melodies melts together with harsh basses stab and pulsing basslines creating a very synthwave cinematic track. Pushing harder on the accelerator, "Burning Bridges" is grittier and more industrial oriented even though being faithful to Tactical Disorder's characteristic deep and minimal sound. All tracks done from scratch with several hardware instruments such as Elektron Syntakt, Model:Cycles, Dfam and the Microfreak.

Strict Rules is a track extracted from the upcoming Tactical Disorder EP "Burning Bridges". This one in particular was done entirely with the Elektron Syntakt. It ranges between minimal and industrial techno but despite its dark and mechanical vibe is the most chill track out of the four from the extended play.

Ominous Ascent is the new album of Morning Haze and is out now on Crashing Apart Records and available to listen or download on all streaming platforms. It comes five years after the previous LP "First Light" and wants to be a deeper exploration of what was done on the latest EP "Nature Prevails". With the help of several photographers, music was created from pictures as if it was like a soundtrack based on them. There wasn't a central theme to follow at the initial moment of the creative process, neither with pictures nor music. What came out at the end is permeated with a feeling of hope, most of the melodies and chords are melancholy but never poignant. Main inspiration came from bands such as Boards of Canada, Carbon Based Lifeforms, Loscil and artists/composers like Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross, Akira Yamaoka and Johann Johannsson.
Big thanks also to all the photographers that gave us the permissions to use their pictures: Andrea Sirena, Stefania Tomè, Mariachiara Baraldi, Giovanni Bez and Andrew Perreault.

The new EP from Morning Haze called Nature Prevails is out now. The central theme of this release is about nature that takes back its spaces following the abandonment of human civilization. With the help of Giovanni Bez, photographer, we decide to take an experimental approach on how to build a story about this. He took pictures, I made sound. This is an exploration of how a concept can take shape through two different artistic sources of inspiration and how they can intersect to each other.
