"On 29th June, we were on a video call, he was on his way to his friend's marriage, it was 1:10 am in the night and before cutting the call he tells me "Babu mai jaldi aata hun". I don't know why he said that but he never came back. He was literally gone forever, his car met with an accident and he died on the spot.

So Satish, I'm dedicating our love story to everyone who have lost their Love. Take this as a Valentine's gift, Satish.

Our story started when he opened his store nearby my father's. We used to exchange glances and then we started talking on facebook. In between all the late night chats, and random texts we somehow fell for each other. It was after a few months I got to know that he had a girlfriend. My fragile heart couldn't take it, so I stopped talking to him but DIL HI TOH HAI DIL DIL HAI. I couldn't bear his absence in my life, neither he stopped trying, so it all started again. But this time with more intensity and as I asked him to marry me, and to my shock this guy actually said yes, and we got married in court without anyone's knowledge. I came back home, he went back to his, but after a few days one of my cousins was scrolling through my gallery and found out about us. Next thing, the whole family knows about this, and things got really worse. We were asked to stay away from each other. I was sent to my bua's place in Delhi, but Satish never gave up, neither did I. He used to visit me there also, but I had made my mind that I want to stay with him only, so I told him to take me away. He did the same as I ran away from home and planned to return to Jagdalpur and get married but the drama did not stop here. My family sent few people to his house and they were asking to stop the marriage but we did not stop. We got married and OH MY GOD! I've spend the best moments of my life with him. We were so happy in our little world, and his family treated me like their own daughter. Everything was going so great. He bought us a home and we decorated it like we always dreamt of. Then one day everything was normal, but something was not and I could sense it. I still remember the song that was continuously playing in my phone "Tu thodi der aur theher ja zalima, bas thodi der aur".
Satish was leaving for his friend's wedding even though I was insisting him not to. But he was not ready to listen so he asked me to pack his bag and I did as I was told. We talked on the phone while he was in his shop, where again I tried to change his mind but he shouted at me and said. "kabhi humesa ke liye chala jaunga fir dekhna tum". I felt really bad, so I stopped asking him to stay. I packed his bag and then I saw him off. He called me at 1:00 am and started talking to me- "Babu kaisi ho, bahut miss kar raha hu, kaash mai gaya hi nahi hota, aakar we'll plan a baby, don't ever leave me" and everything like that, and before cutting the call he said "BABU MAI JALDI AATA HUN". But, he never came back. In the blink of an eye, I had lost my world.
Satish, there are so many things we had planned for our future but now they are nothing. Because you are not here. I could not sleep for 5 months because tumhare bina sone ki aadat nahi hai na.

Kaash ek aakhri baar fir se tumse ishq karne ka mauka milta mujhe.
Kaash ek aakhri baar fir se ladte hum kisi baat pe.
Kaash ek aakhri baar fir se chhu paati mai tumhe.
I would give this entire world to just feel you again but ishq pura hi isliye hai kyoki wo adhoora hai.
Please don't ever take love for granted. The fact that it's there and you can touch it, feel it and see it everyday is a huge blessing."

"When I was in school, my Hindi teachers used to read poems and they used to explain those poems in a very exciting way. Not only the poems written in the book but they also recited poems written by them in front of the class. Slowly I started developing a taste for poems and as I have a brother who is a lover of ghazals, he has a lot of influence in my life because of him I also got attracted towards ghazals. In my spare time, I used to listen to poetry and read ghazals, then I started writing some poems too. And I used to send them to my brother and he always appreciated my work and kept the possibility alive. One of my friends in college once performed poetry in cultural fest and it just hit me. I thought to myself that why can't I also perform poetry someday and I did not stop since then, even though my ambition in life is entirely different because I don't see poetry as something I want to make money from, it's not bread and butter for me. It's infact something very personal to me and I want to keep it alive as long as I'm here. I still perform poetry in so many places. I even won GREAT INDIAN FILM AND LITERATURE FESTIVAL 2018 RAIPUR CHAPTER. The only thing that bothers me that people take this art form very casually. Infact it's a huge ocean and you can never get out from it without learning one new thing everytime so don't take it lightly when you write, write with your whole heart and not for the audience's appreciation, but for you. And read as much as you can. The more you read the more you'll write." @ Humans Of Raipur
