Niraguna Balik Satsang Mandal (India) was formally inaugurated at Mumbai on the auspicious day of Diwali in October, 1949. According to Pujya Dadaji.

At the stroke of four in the early dawn, Dada Chellaram ji & other members met in the Holy Presence of Guru Granth Sahib. "Through KIRTAN man ascends the planes where MAYA exists not. He reaches the LORD's Mansion Gate. He comes just near HIM".
