Baked Jack Fruit

This is a healthy version of jack fruit vegetable which is non fried, generally the traditional way is to deep fry it. To get that fried crispier feel I have cooked jackfruit in air fryer without oil at 150 degree for 10 min to make it crispy and then mix chopped onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper turmeric , mango powder to get that traditional taste. So try this recipe and enjoy without any guilt.
