At the end of last year, we had the pleasure of producing a documentary on the Lived Experiences of LGBT+ Teachers in the Workplace for Irish National Teachers' Organisation and Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission. In this spirit of this uplifting documentary, we're wishing everyone a very Happy Dublin Pride!
Ace My Space is back for season two on RTE2 later this year and we are looking for new participants whose 'spaces that need acing! If you, or someone you know is interested in scoring a dream bedroom makeover (and aged 9-14), please ask them to send a short video explaining what changes they'd like to make in their bedroom (and don't forget to show us how the room looks now!). They also need to nominate a friend or family member (around the same age) to be the one making all the design decisions in the room and this 'designer' needs to give us a few hints in the video also about what they plan to do to the room! Our new bedroom makeover series, Ace My Space, starts this Saturday at 12.40pm on RTÉ2. Shot all across Ireland, Ace My Space follows YouTubers Sean Treacy and MC Fitzpatrick as they transform the rooms of 10 lucky participants. But there's a catch! The room owners don't get to design their own room, that's left up to their friend / family member. Will they stick to the plan or will the temptation to pull a prank be too strong? Check it out this Saturday to find out!
