Sarah Mooney (ΜΝΞ) is one of Ireland's most prominent and consistent DJs since 2014. She is a discoverer of sound, both old and new.

Starting out, she focused mainly on House and Tech House genres to suit her gigs. Throughout late 2015 and 2016 Sarah progressed to playing mostly Progressive House and Techno sets which vary from melodic to heavy and tend to boast tribal percussion sounds. Her talent enables her to explore multiple genres to satisfy diverse crowds. Sarah has played across most of Ireland's major nightclubs in

cluding District 8, O***m Rooms, Button Factory and also played at Eat Everything’s UK ‘COME RAVE WITH ME TOUR’ at the infamous Telegraph Building.

Some of Sarah's biggest successes to date include supporting some major international acts such as Reinier Zonneveld, Dubfire, Nicole Moudaber, Patrice Baumel, Deborah De Luca, Skream, Kolsch, Ejeca, Sam Paginini, Patrick Topping, SLAM, Fritz Kalkbrenner, and many more. Sarah has graced the stage at Ireland's biggest festivals including Life Festival, Boxed Off, Longitude, Castlepalooza, Metropolis and Electric Picnic.

Being a positive mental health activist, Sarah believes mental health is a prominent, yet well hidden, problem in the nightlife industry. She has a passion for innovation and creativity and has won an award for her installation “Serenity” which helped raise awareness of mental health in club culture by exploring the state of mind through an immersive, mixed media, audio-visual experience.

Sarah has recently started producing under her alias MNE.

💔 it is with a heavy heart to share that I unfortunately will be unable to perform on Sunday at D8 in the Garden.

Due to some minor health issues I need some time to rest and recuperate. I hope to be back behind the decks in a few weeks with a new energy ✨

Electric Picnic WOW. I’ll never forget attending EP in 2010 for the first time with my brother and his mates and just being in absolute awe!!! I was 16. It was my first proper experience of dance music and party culture. Electric Picnic carved a piece in my heart and inspired me year after year. 12 years later, you can only imagine how wild and special it was to be closing the Heineken Ireland stage on Saturday 💚

Have been so excited to share this one with yas 😁 With this being my 10th year attending the picnic it’s a feckin honour to be closing out the Heineken Ireland Greener Bar on Saturday night from 12-2.00 💚 I’ll be stepping away from my usual melodic techno sound to indulge in some of my fave boppers and classics!

The Greener Bar is putting sustainability centre stage at EP this year, being Heineken's most sustainable bar yet. As you can see from the whopper lineup, the space will be supporting the best in local talent over the weekend. 🙌

Sarah Mooney (ΜΝΞ) is one of Dublin's most prominent and consistent DJs since 2014. Throughout late 2015 and 2016 Sarah progressed to playing mostly Progressive House and Techno sets which vary from melodic to heavy. She is a discoverer of sound, both old and new. Her talent enables her to explore multiple genres to satisfy diverse crowds. Sarah has played across most of Dublin's major nightclubs including District 8, O***m Club, Button Factory and Index and has toured length and breath of Ireland. She has played shows in Europe and UK including the infamous Telegraph Building with Shine for Eat Everything’s ‘Come Rave With Me’ UK Tour. Some of Sarah's biggest successes to date include supporting some major international acts such as Skream, Reinier Zonneveld, Deborah De Luca, Kolsch, Patrice Baumel, Ejeca, Nicole Moudaber, Sam Paginini, SLAM, Patrick Topping, Waze & Odyssey, Christoph, B.Traits, Fritz Kalkbrenner, and many more. Sarah has also graced the stage at some of Ireland's biggest festivals including Life Festival, Boxed Off, Longitude, Metropolis, Higher Vision, Castlepalooza and Electric Picnic. Sarah launched her own collective, PLT, in 2016 with a close friend, Eoin Delaney, and since then, has run very successful events, usually fundraising for charity. She has also recently began showcasing her music through the name "ΜΝΞ".
