If this happen to you, you need to stay calm and record the incident. If you're asked to give the police your licence, insurance or MOT documents, then you need to hand them over. Regardless of whether you agree with them for pulling you over, they could arrest you for refusing to comply with their requests. It's not really worth the hassle, is it?

This COP came in private property and start pointing his gun at this homeowner.

The police have legal grounds to be able to speak to citizens and investigate certain possible crimes, but their efforts to obtain relevant information cannot cross a line into unnecessary force or harassment. If and when this happens, a victim has legal rights.
When an officer continuously stops someone or engages in a behavioral pattern, however, this can be seen as complete harassment. This entitles the victim to pursue legal action to put a stop to the repeated actions of the officer and to protect their privacy.

Officers must have what is known as reasonable grounds to suspect that a crime has been committed and that the citizen was involved in the crime. Law enforcement officers, however, do have some ability to engage in what is known as a limited protection search.

On June 22, 2021, a Kenosha County deputy was on patrol when he saw a Chevrolet suburban with an expired license plate. He attempted to pull the vehicle over but the driver allegedly fled at speeds of up to 100 mph. The driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed which ultimately lead to the deputy saving him from the burning car.

Reasons why you shouldn’t run from police:
1. It makes your case worse at trial.
This basically means that a person ran because they knew that they had committed a crime. Consciousness of guilt is an extremely powerful issue for a judge to consider and it is also a jury instruction which could provide a jury another reason to find that the prosecution has met its burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

2. The Police Will Think You Have Something To Hide.
Whenever you see someone running away, your natural instinct is to want to run too. You assume that the person is running because something is wrong or they are in danger. Well, officers think the same way too. If they see you running, they will also think that something is wrong, or that you have something to hide. The last thing that you want is for an officer to think that you are hiding something illegal. If you run and they are able to catch you, they will likely search you.

Harassment by police officers may constitute misconduct, for example, if police officers misuse stop and search, carry out searches without a warrant, carry out surveillance on premises or a home without lawful authority, or make threats against an individual. Sexual harassment may also be a factor in police harassment.

If you think someone has intentionally made a false report against you or your family, contact the police. Make sure you record the incident because the footage can be use in court.

If children's services or the police have spoken to your child or visited your home, it's important to make sure your child knows they've done nothing wrong. And that if they're worried or upset by anything that's happening in their lives it's okay for them to talk to other people about it.

Civil rights are those derived from the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of a state, or a civil rights statute. When law enforcement officers abuse their power or exceed the limits of their authority to deprive a person of his or her civil rights, that is police misconduct.

This happened on April 18th, 2020 at approximately 1:30 am. After the video, The homeowner was arrested for "Assault on a Leo" & "Resisting Arrest". The Young lady recording was also arrested for Calling 911 to get help from a supervisor and/or someone above these goons. She is facing 2 charges. Misuse of an emergency hotline and resisting arrest. The family has retained a lawyer out of Orlando named, Jose Baez, to defend them in court and to pursue a civil lawsuit. This incident happened in Polk County, Florida in the city of Lake Hamilton. The officers involved work for Polk County Sheriffs office and Lake Hamilton Police Department.

The use of excessive force during an arrest is also a form of police misconduct and civil rights violation. Excessive force includes the excessive and unlawful use of deadly force. Under federal law and California law, police officers are prohibited from using deadly force – for example, shooting a person – unless the person is an immediate threat of death or serious bodily injury to the officer or others. The use of unlawful deadly force violates an individual’s right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures protected by the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

You also likely have the right to speak out on other public property, like plazas in front of government buildings, as long as you are not blocking access to the government building or interfering with other purposes the property was designed for.

Cops owned and humiliated get angry when they are recorded, so if you are going to own cops and embarrass them make sure when they are humiliated you get them on camera. When cops don't know the law they can get owned and humiliated which sometimes means they will retaliate and intimidate.

Andre Miksis, 25, La Crosse, was charged with threatening an officer. According to the criminal complaint, Miksis threatened to shoot, punch and kick police officers who arrested him for second-offense drunk driving. Miksis was released on a $2,000 signature bond with a no-alcohol provision.

On September 29, 2021, police were notified of a male that drank too much and left a local bar driving a darker-colored vehicle in La Crosse, WI. Later, a witness called in an accident involving the same vehicle crashing into parked cars on the road. Turned out the man did drink a bit too much...

Driving after drinking is deadly. Yet it still continues to happen across the United States. If you drive while impaired, you could get arrested, or worse — be involved in a traffic crash that causes serious injury or death.
Every day, about 32 people in the United States die in drunk-driving crashes — that's one person every 45 minutes. In 2020, 11,654 people died in alcohol-impaired driving traffic deaths — a 14% increase from 2019. These deaths were all preventable.

On October 29, 2021, an officer was on a motor assist call under an overpass in La Crosse, WI. During the traffic stop, an inattentive driver struck the officer from behind causing heavy damage.

It is no secret that distracted driving is a major issue in today’s era of alwaysconnected technology. Simply look around the next time you are in the passenger seat and the
results will be obvious. Distracted drivers often exhibit the same driving behaviors as intoxicated drivers:

Brian Filipiak, a former Washtenaw County Sheriff’s lieutenant, was stripped of his title as a sworn law enforcement officer after his November 2016 arrest for drunken driving in northern Michigan. Records obtained from the Wayne County Airport Authority and the Pinckney Police Department show it was not the first time police were called for an incident involving Filipiak where alcohol use was suspected.

Brian Filipiak, 47, was sentenced to one year of probation, with a deferred jail sentence, for operating while intoxicated in connection with a drunken-driving arrest. Body camera footage showed Filipiak resisted arrest and his arresting officer stated that "Brian would try and use that he is a Lieutenant for the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office to try and persuade me by letting him go (sic),"

Deputy Valenzuela from Merced sheriffs department illegally detained me his fellow officer had to educate him not once but twice and had to learn the hard way took the walk of shame.

This First Amendment Auditors go to public places, including law enforcement agencies, to specifically record video to test their First Amendment rights. And then police came to the scene and arrest this auditors for nothing.

The police in the scene is Sgt. Paul Morrison, and Sgt. Paul Morrison is no longer employed by the sheriff's office as a result of the investigation and the incident has been transferred to the 12th Circuit Solicitor's Office.

This CPS brought a police officer to this guy's house, but instead of getting what they wanted, they were getting laugh in the face

If you ever in this condition get an attorney and tell them that we need to reschedule. My attorney needs to be present when you look through the house. Then only allow one person at a time inside the residence. The law allows an attorney present during all questions and interaction.

If CPS comes to your door make sure you video the ENTIRE visit. Every room, conversation, irregardless of what they try to do. NEVER allow a minor to speak with them alone! They can tell a judge that your house is filthy or unsafe just by not having wiped off crumbs from the table or reasonable mess due to kids playing, folding clean laundry, etc. Video EVERYTHING!
