s practical and down to earth and accessible to everyone. Previous experience with meditation is not required. The mindfulness training consists out of 6 sessions and each session will combine mindfulness meditation, cognitive psychology and Buddhist teachings. Every session has a theme such as "recognising your automatic pilot", "acceptance" and "thoughts are not facts". Practicing mindfulness will help your mind to become happier, more creative and more focussed. It helps you deal better with stressful situations and changes your view on yourself and the world around you.
