When you're training it's all about focusing the mind while pushing your body to its limits! That's what Pure's latest campaign, Welcome to the Zone, is all about.
From this weekend members can join Small Group Training (SGT) classes at Pure's Kinwick Centre gym. With a maximum of 12, the classes are designed to be more accessible than Personal Training but offer increased guidance and motivation than the current Group Classes. Each session will focus on getting us right 'in the zone!

Today we had a sneak peak at Papinee World with two of the junior members of the Liv team who were simply enchanted!
What is PAPINEE WORLD? It's a multi-sensory art exhibit inspiring children through immersive storytelling. This whimsical journey is brought to you by Papinee, the global Children’s Storytelling Social Enterprise and Pearl Lam Gallery.
From 10am to 4pm on weekdays, PAPINEE WORLD opens its doors exclusively to underprivileged and disadvantaged local children, giving priority to those who are most in need of hope. From 4.30pm onwards (weekdays) and weekends the exhibit is open to the public.
