Process...
We will process your track from one of various sources and then
channel the signal through a 1,000 Watt amplifier whose mighty
dose of power is delivered to a super sharp-pointed diamond. Because only the toughest material on earth can carve your track
into an everlasting dubplate.(No saphires here !!!)...
Prices..for one two side 7" =£25 10"=£35 12" =£45. All r
ecords are available in black and competely clear vinyl. (20 % surcharge for clear vinyl)
Dubplates only available in black...please note that vinyl cuts
wear relativley like a normal piece of vinyl. Dubplates ie apollo or
tranco plates, wear out after 50 plays or so! You can have different tracks on each side. Additional charges apply for cuts from DAT or cassette as they
take longer to process. Please note we don not have the facility
to cut direct from reel to reel ! Multiple tracks per side are possible. If you have artwork for your own label, then bring it in or mail it
over to us at the cutting suite ([email protected]) and we can
print the artwork onto the record label before putting them onto
the finished cut. No extra charge...if you dont have a label design
then why not let us design one for you at a small extra cost! Plates and Weights
Our plates are made of a solid black, vinyl–like material
All records are also available completely clear vinyl as well. The sound quality is equally high on all types
The black and clear 12” weigh 180g
The ultralight clear 12” weighs 85g (can be cut on one side only)
Btw - a normal acetate weighs 240g
7” plates are available with small and large centre holes
all records come with labels and a nice card board sleeve lol! Turnaround Times...

If alternativley you want to book a session this is sometimes
possible where the spend is over £500.00...ask or call for details. Playing-recording times...
We recommend not to exceed the optimum length as quality
will be compromised. Please keep in mind – the longer the track, the quieter the music
has to be cut, though we will always try to make it as loud as

At lION AuDIO we offer a number of vinyl pressing services and
customisable options. Any run, large or small, we're happy to help. Options include full colour printed centre labels, a number of
sleeve options from plain to reverse board, to full colour printed. We now have the option of producing smaller minimum runs
upwards of 100. Perfect for promoting a new release or when you
don't want to commit to a larger one. lION AuDIO will keep the
stamper" of the record for a limited time if more copies are
desired later. If you would like something a bit special,
for example coloured vinyl, picture discos, bespoke packaging,
stickers or custom sleeve printing, we will be happy to work out
