ABOUT THE ROLE
This role would suit someone with proven experience of working in a busy Post Production Broadcast facility and who is looking to advance their role and responsibilities.
Our MCR team work a shift pattern covering early, mid and late shifts
You will manage a team, providing support, guidance and training for them as required. Day to day workflows will see you supporting remote and on-site Edit, Grading, Online and Audio suites.
The ability to communicate confidently with both staff and clients is essential.
If you have a love for Broadcast work and are looking to develop your skills, we would love to help you achieve it.

Today, our CEO Marcus Ryder joined other industry leaders to give evidence at the Culture, Media & Sport Select Committee on the urgent crisis facing workers in the UK film and TV industry.

He provided evidence on the challenges and discussed strategies to combat the current workforce issues and highlighted the need for better support for freelancers, a reduction in working hours, and changes to working practices and culture in the industry.

It was also important to hear Marcus and others giving evidence that emphasised the vital role the Charity plays in supporting the industry during these challenging times.

Danny Dyer: How To Be A Man

Premiering tomorrow on Channel 4, this new 2-part documentary explores gender stereotypes, male attitudes to mental health, and the changing roles of men in society.

We had a great experience working with Hugh and the team at Whitworth Media, taking part in a project that interrogates perceptions and stereotypes of modern masculinity.

Episode 1 premieres 10pm, Tuesday 16th April 2024 on Channel 4.
Episode 2 Wednesday 17th April at 10pm.
Streaming on All4 from 11pm on the 16th
