SZÉKI K***A: Széki K***a was an Anglo-Hungarian digital-hardcore-Eastern-European-folk-speed-metal band that formed in 1993 and imploded in 1999. They released three CDs on Iris Light Records, influenced many groups to form, and eventually the nucleus of the band carried on as The Fighting C***s. GEORGE DEATH: Peril of the Heybridge Basin and Essex lo-fi guitar legend. Has released more albums than Prince and has better hair. NERO BURNS: With no respect for the past and one eye on the future, Nero Burns take their cue from 50’s punkabilly, 60’s garage punk and 70’s punk rock. Then they throw it in a blender, put it through a distortion pedal and let it loose on an unsuspecting world, their use of programmed drums and sounds giving their noirish swampabilly a retro-futuristic edge. as Nero Burns alternately croons and howls whilst his guitar playing skills diminish with a radioactive half-life. as Honey Remo devastates entire continents with her sub-zero bass attack. as percussionist Paco Loco melds effortlessly with machine to become a rolling cybernaut of rhythm.
