Winky D, the Gafa is amazing. He should be performing at events like Coachella, Glastonbury and other big international venues for someone of his experience level and artistic expression, what's going on?
At this rate of progress and judging from how much our music can relate to western worlds seamlessly and make them feel the need to consider us as true intellectual entertainers, when do you think Zimbabweans will start touring global stages like this? Or tirikutamba hedu?
When @ishanmusic_ and @tigonzi released 'Kure' it was a whole unexpected vibe that basically in a sense revolutionised the music industry in some peculiar way, it the sound we had been lacking. However: Zimbabweans as usual were skeptical about Tigonzi's verse and called it 'Whack' but honestly, which other artist could have hopped on Kure and killed it? Even the top exceptional artists we have in Zimbabwe now would have backed off the project because it required genius poetry, peculiar delivery and solidly unique artistry. Played this song to some friends in London and they approved. It can relate with the western worlds. Give props to @tigonzi & @ishanmusic_
Americans are mocking Zim Dancehall currently. Zim Dancehall got played at a show in Denver Colorado and people were laughing thinking it's comedic music until someone told them it's actually Zimbabweans being serious. Let's up our game. Imagine our chance to be taken seriously coming and we get laughed at. πΏπΌπ€¦ββοΈπ₯΅

This is a 15 year old amateur rapper from the United Kingdom, he is a beginner. Funny how he sounds better than local Zimbabwean rappers that have been in the game for 5+ years. What's up with Zimbabwean Hip Hop?
