DAY 1 Lessons:
#1 Coaching - Improve your communication skills. 📞✍️🎙
- You need to learn how to communicate. Set the context and be precise in your communication.
- When asking a question, you need to know what you want to learn out of that question. The conversation will be only as valuable as the questions you ask.
- Don’t be afraid to ask questions even if it makes you feel like you look stupid! If you don’t ask, you don’t know. And don’t pretend to know, when you don’t. It’s ok not to know.
#2 Life - It is possible to get paid for doing what you love; find a way! ❤️
You need to enjoy what you do and to drive value out of it. Ideally it would add up and help you reach your long term goals. Think about the time that you invest in working/a job - you might as well do something that helps you grow, get you closer to where you want to be (if you have the luxury of choice). There are options!
Believe me, it is possible. Take my example: I wanted to get into coaching and now I am getting paid to learn how to do that! It’s amazing! If I can do it, you can do it! 🙏
Lesson: if you search good enough you might be able to be paid for doing something that you wanted to do anyway. So, position yourself in a place where you get paid for what you enjoy doing/ learning what you want to learn/ growing in the direction that you want. Don’t just go with the flow, do things that add value and add up!
