Tomorrow catch Bristol based duo - rolling it out in Tring, for ’s ‘Field Day’ end of summer party.

They’re gonna be giving you a sneak preview to a load of fresh music and their forthcoming EP, landing on The Mob Recordings over the next couple of months 🤫👀

Loki makes a return to The Mob Recordings with his debut EP - ‘Rewind’.

For those that don’t remember, Loki started the label with us back in 2020, after a solid 2 years he stepped down from his position but he’s back like he never left with 4 heavyweight tracks!

You can really hear the labels sound deeply embedded in these tracks and it’s no suprise given Loki’s history with us. He’s teamed up with Chamba on tracks 3 and 4 to round off a very strong EP.

We’re really excited to have Loki back in The Mob Recordings camp, excpect to see much more music on the label from him!

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT 🔦💡

It’s been just over a week since we dropped the JJODA & DEEKODE - ‘Lesser Of 2 Evils EP’ and what a reaction we’ve had!

These 2 artists hailing from the West Midlands have been working with alongside us for as long as the label has been going. We first came across the duo when they released their track - ‘Item 9’ which went out for Free Download over on DEEKODE’s imprint .uk

Since then the pair have been grinding hard behind the scenes working on honing their craft. JJODA & DEEKODE’s first release landed on The Mob Recordings in December 2022. They remixed ‘ & - Ritual’ and this is a track that we’re still rinsing in our sets to this day!

JJODA has had a couple of notable solo releases with the likes of Paranormal Audio & Twisted Sounds but as of lately, the boys have been working on exploring some new sounds and ideas…some of which we hope to be showcasing on the label this year👀

It’s been really rewarding for us to work with the boys on this and help them along the way where we can.

& - ‘Lesser Of 2 Evils’ is currently sat at number 41 in the Beatport Hype Charts, so massive thank you to everyone supporting this one so far!🙏

Making his debut appearance on The Mob Recordings, we have South London rapper .

Verbz has made a name for himself across both the UK Hip Hop & Drum and Bass scene over the past few years, working with the likes of Mr Slipz on High Focus , Alix Perez on 1985 Music along with his more recent collaborations with Dogger & Mindstate and En:vy.

He’s teamed up with JJODA & DEEKODE on track 2 from this months release - ‘Red Sky’ and they definitely did not miss with this one. 🎯

Taking centre stage for our first full release of the year we have JJODA & DEEKODE with their 3 track EP entitled ‘Lesser Of 2 Evils’.

Stepping up , stepping in…

We have London based producer, Half Cab with a deep 2 track single entitled “Technical”.

This will be his first release since 2020 and trust us when we say it was 100% worth the wait…He’s been busy behind the scenes perfecting his signature sound and elevating his production skills and it definitely shows in this piece of work.

Back with another banger…

We would like to give a very warm welcome to The Mob Recordings family, we’ve had our eye on this artist since we started the label almost 3 years ago and it was definitely worth the wait! He’ll be making his debut appearance on the imprint with a heavy 2 track single enititled - “ Charged”.🔋

On the title track we have vocal from London mic man . He first featured on the label back in 2021 on the “Cellophane” EP. We’re very pleased to have him back setting the vibes on this one!

We feel like has really understood the assignment on this project and has nailed the minimal vibe that we usually go for, whilst staying true to his own sound. You’ll definitely be seeing some more music from this guy with us very soon👀

We're back with a banger for 2023!

Kicking off the year for us is one of the Labels favourite up and coming producers...- with a 2 track single entitled "Half Life".

Katon is quickly making a name for himself on the minimal side of the drum and bass community for his continuously good and high quality releases that all consist of a very unique sound that he has been busy carving out over the last 2 years.

On track 2 we have a bad boy collab with the Portuguese workhorse -"Resslek" for his second feature on the imprint. This guy just keeps getting better and better in our opinion and we're very pleased to have him back on the label again. You'll definitely be seeing more music from him very soon!👀

The boys have really come through with the goods on this one, delivering 2 solo pieces and a collab from label boss and we also thought we’d bring in the badman on remix duties of a track dubruvvas released on the label last year.
