A true definition of a hidden gem. Located at the top of the hill of Cerro Dalcahue, Chiloé, we were welcomed by Don Pedro who dedicated himself to pour wine after wine. In between, warm starters to mitigate the cold wind of the Patagonian winter. Rudi, the chef and owner of the restaurant/home prepared the typical food from the area called “Curanto” made with mussels, potatoes, clams, chicken etc. A very cosy place that will make you feel home despite being thousands of miles away. 🇨🇱 🎥
