Facilities and services include full person centered tailored service, Coaching and mentoring towards independent living skills, close to town centre for easy access to all local amenities, good transport links, television aerial point in own room, Internet/Wi-Fi access, garden area for residents, 1 weeks holiday provided in one of our English coastal resorts per year. We pride ourselves on working in partnership with people's circle of support and we can provide people with the most appropriate support to meet their every need. We provide support for people who are leaving children’s services, transitioning to adult services, leaving school/college or who are not happy with their current provision of services. All support packages and living arrangements are tailored to meet each individual’s needs, whether people choose to live on their own, with others or in the comfort of their own homes. All of our supporting staff are trained to a high standard and are fully experienced in the field. They are polite, approachable and professional. Our staff turnover is low and the majority of our supporting staff have been with us for a number of years and have a NVQ Qualification. All staff complete accredited training program in the following areas : Healthy & Safety, Food hygiene, Basic emergency first-aid, Fire-safety, Manual handling, Mental capacity act, DOL's, Challenging behavior, Mental health matters, medication, Risk assessments, Epilepsy, Safeguarding adults, coping with aggression, Equality, diversity & inclusion plus a service specific induction.
