Our crew were able to catch Glasgow singing group Singergie outside the Royal Concert Hall on Buchanan Street at Buchanan Galleries who sang their amazing rendition of Jackie Wilson's "Higher and Higher". I think you'll agree they were awesome!

Braw TV shall be paying tribute to our friend and fellow creative by releasing some previously unseen footage from the archives of her many media appearances recorded during pre-production of the “Adventures in the Pond” series, based on her best-selling books.

Kay sadly passed before the show could be completed - however, while in , made a number of high profile media appearances on the likes of BBC Radio Scotland, STV News and Radio Clyde, as well as reading to children at a special live interactive event set up by her friend Frank McGowan at Waterstones in , who along with the team from Bad Pony Media joined her to document the event for a mini behind-the-scenes documentary.

The Braw TV team sends its sincere condolences and best wishes to the family and close friends of entertainment legend Dame Angela Lansbury, who sadly passed away shortly before celebrating her 97th birthday last week on 11/10.

The three-time Oscar-nominee, Broadway star, and film and TV legend, is perhaps best remembered for her role in cinema classic “Bedknobs and Broomsticks”, as well as her iconic portrayal as author and amateur-sleuth Jessica Fletcher on popular television series “Murder She Wrote”.

Angela is survived by her children Deirdre and Anthony, her brother Edgar, beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the many friends in the industry whose lives she touched with her kindness.

Here she is, looking radiant at one of her last public appearances pre-Covid for the Robert Osborne Celebration of Classic Film.

Forever in our hearts, beautiful lady. You were a true embodiment of the word “star”, and we wish we’d been able to come see you one last time. GBNF.
