With over fifteen years’ experience in making films, our small core team of staff love working collectively with a wide range of clients and producers to give you a bespoke, fresh original approach to your content. Sweet Adeline Films is a production company set up by Filmmaker Daryl Cockburn to work with both public and private companies, agencies, theatre companies creating online content as wel

l as work for broadcast and digital channels around the UK. Based in Glasgow we utilise the skills of regular freelance crew and film specialists that we work with regularly, bringing in the right individuals to meet the needs of each project. We’ve been fortunate enough to work with some amazing companies, organisations and projects producing a wide variety of promotional and narrative content, examples of which you can find here on our website.

A little end of the year surprise as SOCKS has won Best Comedy and Best Costume at the Black Owl Film Festival in Turkey, our last film festival! Congratulations to everyone involved and especially Bev Sweeney on her Best Costume award, it was more than thoroughly deserved!! 🥳🦹‍♀️🙋‍♀️🧦🪡🍾🥂

🥳🥳🥳 SOCKS is screening at The HB Film Festival in Paisley next Sunday 7th October and we're doubly excited that it's up for Best Comedy! There are a fab bunch of films getting shown at this festival if you fancy heading over. Link for info and tickets posted in the comments.🙌

Great news that our film will be screening in Paisley at part of the THE HB FILM FESTIVAL 2024 in October. Morris aka Paul Kozinski was so delighted he grew some antlers. Hopefully you can come along and see some great short films.🥳😅🧦🦄

SOCKS has been selected with six other films to be screened at the Il Pertini Cultural Center in Cinisello Balsamo, in Milan tomorrow. Assurdo FF (Absurd) is maybe one of the most appropriate festival for our film so we are really pleased to have been selected and to have it screened😅🥳🧦

Here is our Crimbo update on our short film 'SOCKS'. We are excited that it has won Best Comedy at the Sweden Film Awards, it also got picked for the Make Me Laugh Festival where Daryl Cockburn won Best Director.

We are also really delighted that it will be screened in London early next year, at the 2024 LFFI and that we have been nominated in 5 categories! So huge congratulations to the nominees - Most Outstanding Actor Paul Kozinski, Best Director Daryl Cockburn, Best Short Film, Best Cinematography Sean Campbell and Best Hair & Makeup Sam Brown. We also might be having a screening of the film in New York next year, more on that soon. 🧦🥳
