As a customer too, I highly recommend these guys (a couple of years ago I had a number of micro-needling sessions with Anya that completely cleared all of my acne scarring I had thought was permanent! Here’s a little sneak peak into what goes on the morning of my lovely couple’s day. As you can see, no two mornings are ever the same! As soon as the bride walks down the aisle, it feels like someone has pressed ‘fast forward’ on your day, so make sure you sit back and soak up the memories of your wedding morning. Back in June I had the pleasure of capturing Martin and Nicola’s wonderful day. This amazing couple were recommended me by their friends, a lovely precious couple of mine. It’s just so much fun getting to hang with bridal parties you’ve already made connections with…it makes the day even more special! We’re now right in the middle of an extremely busy wedding season! And when I say busy, I mean busy! It’s been great fun however! I’ve just finished the highlights of the beautiful Anna and Calum, who married back in June (when the weather actually reflected the summer season, remember?) at the wonderful GG’s Yard near Dumfries. Anna and Calum are childhood sweethearts, so I used a song that was very fitting to their love story. It was really great to work alongside the talented @kevinkey_photo too! Anna and Calum were such great sports, trudging through field after field in the heat to get these stunning shots. Congratulations guys!
I absolutely love how varied my job is as a freelance videographer. No two days are ever the same! Last year I started working with the fantastic @scottishopera on a whole range of interesting and rewarding projects. Check out this little highlights from the ‘Memory Spinners’ project, where care home residents experiencing dementia take part in their very own opera show. It’s so heartwarming to see all the residents get so involved and channel their inner actors! Thank you so much Scottish Opera for having me on board!

Wow, where do I start with Ashleigh and Joe?! These two had the most fun-filled wedding at the stunning Enterkine House in Ayr. Ashleigh had told me prior that Capella String Quartet were going to perform a Jay-Z and Beyonce medley, so I knew I had to use it to soundtrack their highlights. Then the party really started with the very talented guys at Singing Servers surprising all the guests during their desserts! The Big Papas followed them, pulling out all the stops before Drumsnroses appeared with bagpipes on the dance floor! So much fun! Nothing beats a highland wedding, especially when the couple are luckily enough in early March to have the sun shining on #buchallieetivebeag mountain of Glencoe behind them. Last week I got to act like a tourist around my home city Glasgow and and in our capital, Edinburgh, to showcase the launch of @taboo_donuts into @homebargains stores across the cities! It was so much fun to shoot, featuring the lovely @nyreeneilson browsing and tasting the products…and a cameo from Tom Brown who very kindly gave me a lift to central station in his rickshaw! (You’ll spot him on Buchanan street if you need a lift to the pub!) it was great to work alongside @digital_by_emma to produce this reel! Social Jungle - Edmiston House (Rangers) Launch
Back at it with the Social Jungle crew as they helped Ibrox stadium launch their brand new events venue, Edmiston House! Using photographs taken on the day of the fans, Social Jungle create an enormous mosaic of the Edmiston Logo, a really cool and interactive way to get your brand out there! Thanks again Social Jungle for having me along to capture it!
