What the f*** is social media censorship and why should you care?
Just like any aspect of life, social media is subject to censorship. Today this often results in platforms like YouTube & Twitter deleting content or banning users for violating their terms of service.
While to some censorship may seem like a good thing, at Fresh Movement we believe it's a slippery slope that can quickly lead to the suppression of controversial topics, opinions and dissenting voices.
In a world where social media plays an increasingly central role in our lives, this also poses a serious impact for brands and marketers who use social media to reach their audiences. We feel it's more important, now more than ever to discuss these topics and make a stand for free speech. (no matter your opinion)
