Horizon delivers film & photography, media based workshops - led by media professionals with a lived experience in recovery, covering areas such as; photography, film making, editing, creative-storyboard writing and post production. Delivering courses to educate, support and creatively inspire.
Our spring course was invited to exhibit at the Brighton Fringe where our students work was shortlisted for the Visual Arts award 2019.
Since the course, Beyond The Horizon was born which is our 6 month after-care program where we continue to support our ex students do amazing things with their new-found confidence and skills! 75% of our students went on into either further education in film & photography and 37.5% found employment since completing the course.
