When Peter Mba makes a mistake, they criticize Gburugburu
When they lose PDP LGA and Party primaries, they criticize Gburugburu.
When they miss out on appointments, they criticize Gburugburu.
When they have problem in the opposition party, they criticize Gburugburu.
When their stakeholdership is dismantled, they criticize Gburugburu.

I am sure that when their wives deny them s*x, they still criticize Gburugburu.

It's not that Gburugburu has really done anything wrong to them, it's just that he is the safest person to criticize and blame for everything.

Like the wall that people punch to blow off steam, knowing full well that it won't punch back.

But like the wall, it is still the puncher that feels the pain, not the wall.

AmokweTv is bringing you a special reports from the executive governor of Lagos State Gov: Babajide Sanwo-Olu he wrote:
We believe that good roads and transport infrastructure are essential for the growth of Lagos State, and to support this, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CCECC to build the Lekki-Epe Link Bridge in the Lekki-Epe axis of Lagos State.

Our strategic transport masterplan is not just a blueprint; it’s a commitment to improving the lives of all Lagosians. By focusing on key road networks, we aim to reduce traffic congestion and create a seamless commuting experience, all while supporting economic growth.

We have had discussions about awarding the EPC contract to CCECC, and feasibility and design studies for the project have been conducted.

We also signed another MoU to implement solar power systems across our tertiary institutions, including Lagos State University and its campuses, Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Lagos State University of Education, and Lagos State College of Medicine.

These solar systems, expected to generate about 50 MW, will provide cleaner and more affordable electricity. This project demonstrates our commitment to sustainable energy as a key part of our economic development.

The signing was witnessed by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Peter Obi Calls Out Tinubu-led Gov’t Over Fuel Subsidy, NNPC’s Fuel Supply Failures .

Former presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has called out the Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led government over the persistent fuel scarcity and conflicting reports on subsidy payments.

In a statement on social media, Obi, the Labour Party’s flagbearer in the 2023 election, demanded transparency in the operations of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), particularly in its financial dealings and plans for the future.

He expressed shock that the NNPCL, which declared a N3 trillion profit in 2023, is now claiming “financial constraints” in supplying fuel, leading to widespread scarcity and hardship.

Obi attributed the fuel crisis to the government’s ineptitude, citing the struggles of the $20 billion Dangote Refinery and other modular refineries to secure crude oil supply, as well as the NNPCL’s search for outside operators for its refineries.

He insisted that the Petroleum Industry Act mandates an open and transparent NNPCL, and called on the government to come clean on the issues and take responsibility for the mess.

Obi’s statement reads: “Nigerians must stop at nothing in demanding for transparency in the operations of government especially critical agencies like the state-owned NNPCL whose activities appear to be shrouded in secrecy. The conflicting reports on subsidy payments have left Nigerians in the dark, unsure of what is happening in this all-important company. It is very curious that the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) which declared a N3 trillion profit in 2023, is coming up with a bizarre claim of “financial constraints” in supplying fuel.

“The fuel scarcity crisis, characterized by endless queues, and untold hardship, is a direct result of the government’s ineptitude. The $20 billion Dangote Refinery and other Modular Refineries’ struggles to secure crude oil supply and NNPCL’s search for outside operators for its refineries are further proof of this administration’s gross incompetence. We demand a better level of transparency in NNPCL’s operations, financial dealings, and plans for the future. The Petroleum Industry Act mandates an open and transparent NNPCL, we should not stand idly by while this government violates our laws. We demand that this administration come clean on these issues and take responsibility for the mess it has created.

“We should not rest until we uncover the truth and hold those responsible accountable. The Nigerian people deserve better.

:HISTORY OF NKPOR: The indigenes of Nkpor are descendants of a hunter called Okoli Oti. Okoli Oti had three sons Omaliko, Oji and Dimudeke. Omaliko who was the eldest is the ancestor of the people of Abatete, the descendants of Oji are the people of Umuoji, while Nkpor indigenes are descended from Dimudeke. The people of Nkpor were originally called 'Umudim' and dwelt in the area where the town of Oraukwu is located now. However, due to incessant wars and strifes with their neighbours, their elder brothers (Abatete and Umuoji) forcefully relocated them to their present site which was then uninhabited. This event lead to the derivation of the name 'Nkpor' (ndi akpoghalu akpogha—nkpogha—nkpogho—Nkpor {this is the supposed sequence of transformation and adulteration of the name}). Nkpor is made up of five villages named after the children of Dimudeke: Isiome(Umusiome village), Ngwu(Isingwu village), Ububa(Ububa village), Nwafor(Amafor village) and Mgbachu. The igwe (king) traditionally comes from umusiome village (because they are the 'eldest'). Umusiome village consists of nine kindreds, each named after a single principal ancestor. Three of these kindreds are descendants of the sons of the first king of Nkpor. The descendants of Ezeonwu the first son, hold the 'ofor nwa di okpala' and therefore cannot be kings, but they crown the sons of Arinze, the middle son, who are the kings. The descendants of Ezekwem, the youngest son, sit near the king as trustworthy assistants and advisors. For this reason only the descendants of Arinze can be kings in Nkpor. It is noteworthy that these kindreds who are descendants of the first king cannot inter-marry. Akuzo is one of the sons of Umusiome. The people of Nkpor though known in ancient times as fierce warriors, from which they derived the envious name 'obodo d**e' (the land of the brave), are peace-loving people.
