Job Description:
Wania Travel & Tours is seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our travel and tourism services, including visit visas, tours, hotel reservation, air ticketing, and Umrah packages. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated sales professional with a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell various travel services, including tours packages, air ticketing, and Umrah packages.
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing tailored travel solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities.
Process bookings, reservations, and follow-up with clients regarding payment and documentation.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities for the company's travel products and services.
Stay updated with the latest travel trends, packages, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, particularly within the travel and tourism sector.
Strong knowledge of air ticketing, tour packages, and Umrah services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and travel-related software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
