🗓 It's 3️⃣ years since the announcement was made that the weekly club nights at Lush! had come to an end.

Since then, we've been working to assemble a group of the wonderful humans that made Lush! what it was - and what a group it is.

We're now just over 5️⃣ weeks away from the launch of Lush! Lives at The Barn in Portrush.

While we've been showcasing some of the DJs who gave us some of the best nights of our lives, it's the stories from those who experienced those nights that make it a very special film to make.

Ladies & gentlemen, please be upstanding and show your appreciation for the wonderful humans of Lush!

It's a relatively small group when we think of the tens of thousands of people that graced the Lush! dancefloor over the course of 24 years.

But having had the privilege of capturing all of their stories over the course of the last 12 months, we're very confident that you will recognise yourself in the stories they tell, the memories they share, the affection that remains for a very special place.

Sometimes the best voiceover can come from your own team.

We've been working with Termonmaguirk Credit Union for more than a year now to help them localise their marketing communications and in this video one of the many volunteer board members, Gary Mallon took on the voiceover duties.

The role of the Credit Union is to be an active member of the local community so it felt like the right decision to have someone from that community to tell the story of the work that they do.

I've yet to meet anyone who didn't have anything but positive words about how Credit Unions support their members and that's the case across all of the 300 Credit Unions in Ireland which have a staggering 3.6 million members - one of the highest memberships per head of the population anywhere in the world.

🎄 It's Christmassssss!!

We've been really looking forward to the launch of this by Telestack Ltd today

Special mention definitely goes to the Telestack elves for their star performances and we have to mention Mark Quinn at Telestack.

While all the other roles are performed brilliantly by actors, Mark plays himself - and nails it.

I don't know about you, but this one has got me right in the mood for Christmas.

We’ve just launched the campaign for - a film about the dance music institution that is .

Production is underway and we’ve already interviewed lot of the DJs, the clubbers, the bar staff.

There’s lots more planned for the next few months and the film will be released in Spring 2024.

Last night I had the pleasure of interviewing Col Hamilton, Dave Seaman and John Cecchini for Lush Lives - a documentary we are making about the club night that ran for 25 years

They’re in town for Lush Classical tonight at the SSE and we’re speaking to Seb Fontaine and Dave Dresden (Gabriel & Dresden) before the show.

We’re on the hunt for people who have some Lush stories to tell - the clubbers, security, bar staff.

Our colleague, David Baxter celebrated his graduation from with a 2:1 in Business Economics yesterday.

Congratulations to David and to everyone else who has graduated or is looking forward to their ceremony over the next few days / weeks.

It may be some time ago now, but I can still remember the excitement of all the unknown opportunities that lay ahead after my own graduation.

It’s a fantastic time as you start to explore everything that is possible with all that you have learned so far.

Keep dreaming, keep working, keep learning. Do whatever it is that helps you to achieve whatever you are setting out to do.
