I have recently signed up for a series of lectures about AI X Biomimicry organised by Never Enough Architecture.
The part of the B+H Architects presentation have changed my view on sustainability forever.

Nature.

It uses all resources it has available. For free.

It grows and develops adapting to the context using only very basic chemicals which is the most desirable system in the World. For free.

It uses the best photovoltaic panels in the World- leaves. For free.

It recycles everything. It is carbon negative. There is literally no waste. For free.

What we are trying to make as „sustainable” usually is a very complex and lengthy process. How come we have never looked at how nature does it for centuries and learn from it? Maybe the solution is already there.

We just need to know our planet better.

With the emerging use of AI it is even easier. We can calculate and analyse land, air, natural processes like we could have never before.

*Studio update*
As we are slowly and streadily growing, I think it is about time to take a direction moving forward.
So far my daily work has been based on consultancy and technical advice for typical british standards of construction and I have been enjoying supporting my foreign clients to familarise themselves with the british route of construction.
However, I strongly believe that me and the studio are not only capable to support the technical and regulatory aspects of projects, but also I would like to show more of my design skills.
I have been reluctant to do so, as ,in my opinion, UK market is not an easy place to develop unique concepts unless there are very specific circumstances such as Paragraph 80 rule.
That is what made me lean towards utilising AI tools which do not have any real limitations and allow to explore unique concepts. And, every time, I am stunned with results.
So, to show the ethos, style and aspirations of the new direction, I will be from now on including only very curated imagery and designs which reflect the style and expertise that you could expect from me. And, if you find it reflects your space aspirations or you find a collaboration opportunities, let’s have a chat 😌

I also would like to thank .architecture and .fu for their workshops and commentary throughout this year which allowed me to develop those concepts, find a way to express myself and not to be afraid of AI .

It is a great Friday for us here!
We have just received 2 LA decisions today!
Section 73 was granted to finalise the 6-apartment project in Casteford which allows the client to complete the official documentation pack for refinacing this amazing investment.
Also, we have just received a discharge of pre-commencement conditions to start the new-build house construction on the site in Hackenthorpe.

Happy to deliver good news to my clients 😊

We have recently submitted pre-commencenent discharge application for one of our new-build projects which means we are not long to commence the construction ❤️ First time new-build investor client learned a lot in a process and we are happy to support him as much as we can !
Well done to my amazing architectural assistant to fly through the process as well !

Went for a site visit at the Lagentium Plaza in Castelford today. Happy do share some photos of a finished building with 6no. 1-bedroom townhouses finished to a high standard.
All apartments have been rented in less than a week!
Amazing job for all involved 😌
