Welcome to NeTib podcast! designed specifically for Christian youth workers. Its purpose is to empower and equip youth workers across Local churches, high school fellowships & University fellowships to effectively share the Gospel with younger generations. In each episode, we feature insightful interviews with experienced youth ministers, leaders, and experts in the field, who share their ideas, tips, successes, challenges, and wisdom in youth ministry. We also encourage engagement among youth workers so they can help each other by sharing their experiences and insights.

ወደ ነጥብ ፖድካስት እንኳን በደህና መጡ! ነጥብ ፖድካስት ለክርስቲያን አገልጋዬች የሚዘጋጅ ሲሆን በዋነኝነት ደግሞ አዳጊ ወጣቶችን እና ወጣቶችን ለሚያገለግሉ የሚዘጋጅ ነው፡፡ ዓላማው በአጥቢያ አብያተ ክርስቲያናት፣ በየሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች ክርስቲያን ኅብረት እና የዩኒቨርሲቲ ክርስቲያን ኅብረት ውስጥ ወንጌሉን ለወጣቱ ትውልድ ለማካፈል ደከመኝ ሰለቸኝ ሳይሉ ለሚሰሩት ድጋፍ እና ማበረታቻ ነው። በእያንዳንዱ ክፍል ውስጥ፣ ጸጋው ዝግጅቱ ካላቸው ወጣት አገልጋዮች፣ መሪዎች እና የዘርፉ ባለሙያዎች ጋር ውይይት እናደርጋለን። እነሱም ሀሳባቸውን፣ ምክሮችን፣ ስኬቶቻቸውን፣ ተግዳሮቶችን እና መፍትሔዎችን ያጋሩናል። እንዲሁም ሌላኛው ዓላማው አሁን ላይ በተለያየ ቦታና ሁኔታ አዳጊ ወጣቶችንና ወጣቶችን የምናገለግል እርስበርስ እንድንያያዝና እንድንተጋገዝ ማድረግ ነው።
በተለያየ ቦታ ያለን የወጣት አገልጋዮች፣ ወጣቶች ጌታ ኢየሱስን እንዲያውቁና ደቀ መዛሙርቱ እንዲሆኑ በአንድ ላይ እንትጋ!
