The Sebastiaan Cornelissen Trio with their project "DEHETEKT" played an exclusive concert in the JazzrockTV studio during their short tour through Germany. The first-class musicians have already worked with numerous well-known Jazz, Fusion and Pop artists/bands like Randy Brecker, Jan Akkerman, Gary Willis, Gary Husband, Jim Beard, Tristan, Snarky Puppy and many more.

The line-up has appeared on countless studio recordings and performed all over the world. Besides working together in various formations, they have known eachother as friends for many years. This results into an extraordinairy tight and interactive collective live performance. Highly energetic and intense improvisations, full of dynamics and interplay. Most of the material played live is composed by the trio and as a style it will remind the purist of jazz/fusion, influenced by the greats, such as Herbie Hancock, Allan Holdsworth and Pat Metheny.

Das Manic Phonk Orchestra besteht aus dem jungen, talentierten Drummer Richard Münchhoff und dem Soulsänger und Keyboarder Yassmo'. In ihren Kompositionen vereinen sie ihre Leidenschaft für eingängige Melodien und pumpende Beats mit ihren Wurzeln des Soul, Funk, Jazz und Fusion. Mit ihrer Debüt-EP “Peacemakers“ verbinden sie den Soul und Funk der 70er mit Texten über brennende, tagesaktuelle Themen.

Zur Live-Session im JazzrockTV-Studio wird das Duo erweitert durch den englischen Bassisten und Produzenten Emanuel Stanley und den Gitarristen Mirko van Stiphaut.
