In many parts of the world, winter is associated with a period of dormancy in nature. Trees shed their leaves, many animals hibernate, and the overall pace of life in the natural world slows down. This can serve as a metaphor, encouraging humans to reflect on their own lives and take a break from the usual hustle and bustle. Now it is our time to reflect on the year that has passed. Last minute ideas for the Lion's Garte Portal which takes place today! you can start off your self-care evening with a spiritual bath, washing off all energies that no longer serve you. 🥰 Of course this can also be done with showering. Imagine all of the negativity being washed away. Light some incense and maybe meditate if you like to. I often use playlists and then just sit down and contemplate a bit.
