There has never been a time in history where men had it easy (Easy is for women and children). Throughout history it's been hell tough on men. So suck it up and live through it. That's how you got here.
My father worked like a slave for more than 65 years of his life in some of the lowest salary to work ratio you can think of. Believe me he work up next day and went again and again.
He had duty and responsibility and he went at it every day. Men should be like my father. Duty, responsibility, work.

You are not depressed. Snap out of it.
Live through it.
Find purpose
Suck it up.
Take self accountability for everything you are going through. Then live free.
