Christina saw her former classmate, Mia, waitressing at the local restaurant and decided to mock her for not being more successful. So she invited her friends to dinner with her.
"OMG! I would die if someone from school saw me waitressing. It's so embarrassing to be doing that so many years after school. Doesn't she have any shame?" one of the girls, Erica, scoffed.
"She's nothing like Christina here. She's the most successful one of us! But honey next time, you have to invite us somewhere nice!" Erica added, and they all laughed.
Unlike those girls, Mia's family had always been poor. But several months later, she quit her job. She rented a spot and opened her own business.
As she was in the process of hiring employees, a familiar woman walked in. "Christina? Is that you?" she asked.👇

Molly lifted her chin. "Young man, there are plenty of other empty seats!"
The second teen stepped forward. "Sure there are, but we want THOSE seats, and you're gonna give them to us!"
He was about to grab onto her when a powerful voice intervened. "Get your hands off that lady, my friend, or you and I are going to tango!"

Instead, his mom lost it, and screamed, “You cheating scammer! How could you?” I was sitting there stunned, totally confused, when she spit out the reason: “Chris can’t have kids!”

Alright, so I'm sure most of you have that "son of my mom’s friend" who just happens to be single, right? Well, for me, that guy is Robert. I honestly can't remember the last time a year went by without my mom trying to push us together. Every single time it's the same story: "He's still not married, just like you!" and "Oh, he’d make such a perfect catch." Just hearing his name started to make me queasy. But this year? Oh, this year my mom went above and beyond—she actually invited him and his family over for Thanksgiving!
Of course, I protested, but arguing with my mom? Let's just say it's like trying to stop a moving train, especially with her classic line: "We just want you to be happy."

MY BOYFRIEND LEFT THE HOTEL EARLY, LEAVING ME WITH A $1350 MINI BAR AND ROOM SERVICE BILL
Nick promised a getaway we'd never forget — our first trip together for the weekend. The hotel he booked was stunning, with ocean views and everything. Breakfast in bed, beach walks, exploring the town — it was perfect.
But then, Monday morning hit. Nick woke up early, all stressed out. "I have an urgent work meeting. I need to leave NOW. Just check out and come home later," he said and rushed out.
I was disappointed but took my time, enjoyed the last bit of rest, and then went to check out. And BAM — I got hit with a $1,350 bill! Turned out Nick had been raiding the minibar and ordering room service non-stop. I was STUNNED.
I tried calling him, but he didn't pick up. Instead, he texted, "Just take care of the bill. I booked the room, so you can handle this one."
I was fuming but thought maybe he spent a lot on the room, and it was fair for me to cover the extras. But the receptionist dropped the bombshell. She chuckled, "The room didn't cost him a cent. It was all covered by his work bonuses." He made it seem like he was treating me, but really, he just left me with the bill!

ENTITLED HOMEOWNERS REFUSED TO PAY MY PLUMBER DAD FOR HIS WORK – THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE THE SMARTEST, BUT HE HAD THE LAST LAUGH.
My dad's a plumber, and he's the kind of man who takes pride in his work like it's his own home. He's the type who'd redo an entire job if he thought it wasn't perfect.
So, he lands this gig for a complete bathroom remodel. We're talking the works – new tiles, new fixtures, the whole shebang. The homeowners were all smiles at first. They picked out every single detail – the tiles, the grout color, and even the position of the sink and toilet. Dad was there every step of the way, making sure everything was perfect.
Fast forward to the last day of the job. Dad's just finishing up the grouting when the homeowners suddenly flip the script. They start complaining about the tiles, saying it's not what they wanted. Total nonsense, because they literally picked everything out themselves. But here's the kicker – they tell him they're only paying HALF of what they owe him. HALF! After two weeks of busting his hump to get their dream bathroom done.
Dad tries to reason with them, but they're not having it. They smugly tell him to finish up and GET LOST.

POOR WIDOWED DAD BUYS OLD STROLLER AT FLEA MARKET — HEARS CRACKLING SOUND AS HE PUTS BABY IN IT
"Ah, finally, sweetie, Dad got you a new buggy. We'll go home, clean it, and then you can rest in it, alright?!" Tyler took home the stroller he bought at the flea market for $10, unprepared for the discovery he was about to make.
The widowed dad dusted the stroller slightly. It was used but not worn out. He decided to take his daughter, Tiara, for a walk in her stroller and gently placed her in, only to hear a strange crackling noise from under the padded seat.
"What is that noise?" Tyler immediately withdrew his baby from the buggy and placed her on the couch. He lifted the padding slightly and found a piece of folded paper.

A COFFIN DECORATED WITH A BOW WAS BROUGHT TO OUR WEDDING DURING THE CEREMONY – I NEARLY FAINTED WHEN IT WAS OPENED
Wedding day. My dad walks me down the aisle. We're exchanging vows, and everyone's tearing up, clapping, and cheering us on.
Then, out of nowhere, I notice a group of people heading toward us from a distance, carrying something. As they got closer, I couldn't believe my eyes. THEY WERE CARRYING A COFFIN WITH A BOW ON TOP!
They brought it right up to the altar, set it down, and just walked away. The whole place went completely silent. One of my husband's friends stepped up to the coffin and slowly lifted the lid.

A $30 CAKE DESTROYED MY MARRIAGE – I FOUND THE PERFECT WAY TO SERVE MY REVENGE.
On my husband's birthday, the doorbell rang, and I rushed to answer it, only to be greeted by a cake delivery. I hadn't ordered anything, but with my hands full of party preparations, I just signed for the delivery and popped the cake in the fridge, assuming it might be a surprise gift from someone.
Well, it was definitely a surprise, but not in the way I expected. As the guests arrived and my husband enjoyed himself with family and friends, I took the cake out of the fridge and opened the box.

MY NEIGHBOR PROMISED MY SON MONEY FOR MOWING HER LAWN, BUT THEN REFUSED TO PAY.
So, my neighbor moved in a few months ago, the type who keeps to herself and barely acknowledges anyone. I didn't think much of it until my 12-year-old son, Ethan, came home drenched in sweat one day, saying she asked him to mow her gigantic lawn and promised to pay him $20. And he was happy because he was saving up for his grandma's present.
It took him two whole days. But I noticed Ethan seemed down. I asked him what was wrong, and he said quietly, "She hasn't paid me yet. She said… she said I SHOULD GET LOST. She said… she said the lesson I learned from mowing her lawn should be enough. That learning to be hardworking is the payment. She said I should be grateful."
That was it. That was the moment my blood boiled over. This woman—this arrogant, self-righteous businesswoman—had tricked my son into doing hours of hard work, only to refuse to pay him?
