The Sports Network, TSN, have confirmed the next selection of episodes covering the 2021 Canadian National Superbike Championship motorcycle road racing series, CSBK. The series was first broadcast on TSN in 1995, and this season eleven half hour episodes will handle the major Pro race in the National tour. TSN’s CSBK Broadcasts are presented by Yuasa Battery, Mopar and Joe Rocket.
The Superbike series started in 1980 and celebrated its 41st consecutive season of activity this race season.

History was made at the Canadian Superbike Championship finale on Saturday, as 19-year-old Alex Dumas became the youngest champion in Pro Superbike feature class history with a clean sweep at Calabogie Motorsports Park.
The Liqui Moly MPG/FAST School Suzuki youngster needed only to finish inside the top-four to mathematically clinch the title after his victory in race one, but Dumas left little to the imagination with his fourth emphatic win of the season to become the first ever rookie champion in class history.

Alex Dumas announced his arrival at the Canadian Superbike Championship finale in stellar fashion on Friday, leading the second practice session and setting the overall fastest time of the morning to pace the Pro Superbike field at Calabogie Motorsports Park.
The championship leader settled for second-fastest in FP1 as title rival Ben Young topped the charts with a time of 2:02.484, but Dumas obliterated those times in FP2, nearly setting a new lap record with a time of 2:00.640.

Riders competing in the Canadian Superbike Championship finale will pay tribute to the late Yvon Duhamel at Calabogie Motorsports Park this weekend, as all competitors will be issued a special “YD17” tech sticker for the two-day special event, September 17-18.
The sticker is a modern re-design of Duhamel’s personal YD17 logo, pictured below on the front windscreen of his Kawasaki KR750. The modern version was designed by Molly Fraser and created by Courtney Bickle of Bickle Racing.
