In January 2011, before embarking on a development project with a non-profit Recrear (www.recrear.ca) in Nablus, Palestine, Komal decided she wanted to capture the stories of the students Recrear was working with. She filmed the duration of her trip and realized an inherent need to share the stories of changemakers around the world. Since then she has helped produce special interest videos for loc

al spoken word poets, activists and television networks and looks to expand her portfolio through KoMedia.
