In 2019, the federal government introduced a price on carbon pollution to combat climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Provinces and territories have the option of adopting the federal government's system or creating their own. Revenues from carbon pollution pricing are reinvested by the provinces at their discretion. Outburst took to the streets to ask Canadians if they think a carbon tax is the answer.

Waiting to see a doctor in a hospital emergency room, or even in a walk-in clinic, can take several hours, and the situation doesn't seem to be improving over time. Incredibly long wait times, especially in hospitals, may discourage some people from seeking care for their non-urgent health needs. Outburst asked Canadians if avoiding wait times results in them neglecting to get treatment for minor health issues.
